I can’t thank Laila enough for making my hair look lovely and the whole experience enjoyable and relaxing. I don’t usually enjoy going to get my hair done however I really enjoyed it today the sinks usually make my neck hurt your massage chair and recliner chair are fantastic! Laila was so knowledgeable on the hair colours and cut mine perfectly, the salon is modern and bright, comfortable and cool even on a hot day like today. Thank you x

My first visit to Diva and I’m so pleased I did! Laila is friendly, knowledgeable, non-judgemental and full of good advice. This was one of the few times I’ve left a salon feeling completely happy. Sandra made me feel welcomed and was so accommodating, thank you both!

I cannot fault the staff at Divas, they was all so happy, chatty, polite, smart in appearance.
The stylist that done chloés hair was aware that whilst Chloé knew what she wanted, the stylist also knew that Chloé needed guidance and prompting in some areas. Chloé was spoken to the whole time, asking if she needed a drink, if she was happy with what was being done, was the noise and the heat ok on the hair dryer to much. I wanted to cry, I felt so emotional, all in a good way as we have never been to a hairdressers that has greeted us both, but made chloe feel special as the client.
I will never go anywhere else.
You ladies are amazing.

Such a relaxing experience, am normally terrified when it comes to haircuts. But Frances made me feel so relaxed. As my hair is curly it's a real struggle to find anyone in the south east to do a curl by curl cut. Loved it x

Friday mornings catching up with the friendly faces in Diva while Frances tames my locks should be available on prescription. I arrived looking a fright and Frances managed to transform me without so much as breaking a sweat. Thank you Diva team.

Frances is the best hairdresser I have ever had. Today I had another amazing cut and colour and just love it. Even when I moved abroad, any chance I got, I would go back to Frances. No one can cut my hair like she does. Also so helpful, friendly.

Francés worked her magic once again, I felt old and drab but now feel 10 years younger…. That’s my opinion of course.

Once again, although my hair looked good still from my last visit 8 weeks ago, I left with perfect (for me) hair!! I love the cut, colours used, and how well they suit my skin/eye colour. I am always treated so well, with comfort always paramount. It's a great experience and I don't have to worry about my hair as it's cut so well, it will stay looking good until my next appointment. 👌😊
