I visited DIVA for the first time today and was made to feel very welcome from the start. A friendly young man made me a cup of coffee. Ellie was very thorough, giving me a consultation about how I would like my hair done and what sort of products I use and we had a laugh. I am very pleased will the final result, big thank you to Ellie.

A great experience as always. Frances puts me at ease every time I goto the salon and she does my cut and colour great every time. Every part of the salon is a great experience and everyone makes you feel welcome

What can I say. I was very nervous as I was having blonde highlights. My hair looks fabulous, I love everything about it; I was very well looked after and will definitely be going back.

As always a pleasure coming into the salon. All the girls are very friendly and I always come out feeling a million dollars!

Lovely manner and understood what I wanted. Jemma interpreted my sketchy thoughts and took the time to explain and review during the cutting stage and was happy to adjust accordingly.

Ellie is excellent and understands my hair perfectly. She always delivers a top quality service.

The Salon looked good, masks were worn by all staff. Cleanliness good. Loved my Colour and cut, unfortunately I was not prepared for an over half hour wait for stylist to be available to cut my hair following the colour and wash. It is of course Christmas week so understand that she was busy.

Had my hair cut yesterday by Ellie, I’m over the moon! She was so kind and listened to what I wanted to achieve. Everyone’s commented on how nice my hair looks. I’ve already booked my next appointment. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. It can be so hard to find a salon that makes you feel welcome and takes the time to listen to what the customer wants. I had a very good experience today with Jemma. Eve though I was a bit early I was seen straight away. My husband was with me and he was made welcome and given a coffee while he was waiting.
