when I booked I wished the staff had taken note I was an older customer as the two flights of stairs were on the difficult side. My appointment was for 11 o'clock and I as there 15 minutes before. At twenty past I gave up waiting. if someone could have come up and made me aware they were running late it would have been nice. No I'm not impressed. Won't be trying this place again. i did get my deposit back with no quibbles. No stars would be more accurate.

A friend and I returned for the third time to have an hour long facial which includes a neck, shoulders and arms massage (and scalp if you wish) . It was fabulous. Beautiful serene atmosphere with candles and soft music. Both Roxy and Ocean are professional and friendly making you feel instantly at ease. I am already looking forward to booking another visit very soon. I highly recommend this salon.

I have been visitng this salon for some time now and I always go to see Katy. She is an amazing professional, who knows her craft really well and makes miracles with difficult hair. She is also a lovely person and its always a pleasure to be seen by her. Highly recommend her.

Another amazing treatment today. Full body massage and facial with Roxy and my daughter had the same with Ocean. Treatments were relaxing and wonderful! Love this place

I went to have a massage treatment, upstairs. I had to leave as the reception room upstairs was very very cold and the room being used for the treatment was very cold as well. That was the second treatment that I have had (the first as a double treatment with my husband) and both times the room was cold. I could not stay for the treatment because of the cold rooms upstairs. I have had treatments all over the Uk and worldwide. The treatment rooms have always been warm and welcoming. The rooms at House of Beauty were not.

Such a lovely group of girls. They always go above and beyond with clients. The only downside is the lack of coffee due to a broken machine( months not days) and the silly deposit system which has recently been introduced, not the girls fault at all

Had a fantastic massage with Ocean, was much needed. The 2nd time and feel rejuvenated. Would highly recommend ?

Great full body massage with Roxy. One of the best I've had locally. Cam retouched my roots and styled my hair to perfection.

I have been coming to House of Beauty for a few years but have been a regular since my sons wedding was planned.
Without sounding crazy Ocean Lauren and Kate have transformed me with facials, waxing lashes brows and of course nails and hair.
Thank you to the whole team who are so friendly and a special thanks to Ocean for my lovely skin, fingers and toes, and to Lauren for my first ever hair colour ( baby lights) at almost 60.

My friend and I had a lovely experience using the facilities in what is a little sanctuary off the high street. Met by the lovely therapists who showed us around and left a tray of fruit, lemon water and Prosecco. Hot tub heated and bubbling away and sauna on. Access to a shower room and robes to use and towels.
Ushered into a stunning treatment room for a full body massage. The therapists were professional, and knowledgable. Nothing felt like too much trouble and there was no rushing from here to there. Thank you for a lovely afternoon.

Roxy was great as usual! Love coming despite the pain ….

Amazing as always Georgia listens to what I want and always has a suggestion I trust her completely and every time I'm pleased with the outcome. Hair feels lovely and fresh and blonde.

As ever Sophie did a wonderful job and paid attention to the fringe detail and also keeping the hair with volume so no over brushing.

Every four weeks I have my hair cut by Sophie and a facial by Ocean. I love every minute of both. I have been going since they opened.
It is always very friendly. People talk if you want them to and of you want quiet time then that's ok too.
The salon is always clean and tidy and just a relaxing place to be.

Showed Sophie a photo and she got it exactly like the photo!! Absolutely in love!

After growing my hair for a lot longer than planned thanks to Covid delaying my wedding, today I finally got it cut into a bob and it was worth the wait. Georgia is super talented! Thank you so much.

I took my daughter for her first haircut since lockdown - she was so excited, I was hoping the experience would be all she imagined it to be. After being offered squash and biscuits, Lauren took her to get her hair washed, complete with head massage. The stylist then discussed with us the cut, and advised what would work best. My daughter was asked how she wanted her long hair blow dried and she chose to have it with curls. She walked out of the salon feeling like a princess. The team at House of Beauty were fantastic. We were both very well looked after and the cut and dry was fantastic. My daughter was grinning from ear to ear throughout our entire time there and she loves her hair. Thank you!

Ocean was so quick and efficient with her waxing. I was really impressed, possibly the best wax experience l have ever had. I will be using this place again for sure. I would highly recommend.

I regularly have my hair done at House of Beauty and its always a pleasurable experiance. The girls are so lovely and welcoming and the environment is relaxing. Hair cut and colour has always been outstanding. Yes there are cheaper salons in hythe but you get what you pay for in my opinion.

My wife and I received a lovely pamper from Ocean and Roxanne after not having one since the lockdown it was lovely to go back for a treat we came away feeling nice and relaxed and will be going again soon. Thank you girls your the best xx

Beautiful business! Lovely, friendly girls and lovely energy. Roxi gives me a custom back, neck & shoulder massage, which leaves me able to function normally again! The rooms are always warm and clean. The hot tub and sauna add on is amazing value and a real treat with Prosecco and strawberries. My favourite place to get some me time back.

I would highly recommend the pick me up facial, very relaxing. Ocean was very professional and did an amazing job.
