Georgia made me feel really relaxed and comfortable, came out feeling very happy with the results

My usual 4 weekly facial with Roxanne was an hour of bliss. The ambience is perfect and to be pampered and relax is a joy. My skin feels amazing afterwards.

This is my second visit to have an my eyelashes and eyebrows done. WOW is all I can say! Roxy is absolutely fantastic, very professional, knows her stuff and really made me feel comfortable. The results of the treatments are amazing I definitely won't be going anywhere else. When you find someone this good it's best to keep them.

Sophie trimmed the horrible bits from my hair today without taking any length away. Very grateful <3

I've been to the house of beauty multiple times for a massage, each time I've come back to see Leanne. The freestyle massage is intuitive to your needs and Leanne is brilliant at identifying areas which need extra work. I get particularly bad tension in my shoulders and neck and this is one of the only massages I've ever had where the knots have been properly worked and knocked out. That being said, Leanne is excellent at making you relaxed, leaving you feeling absolutely blissful when it's finished. I cannot speak highly enough of her and will keep returning time and again.
HOB is not cheap, but IS reasonably priced in the market for the level of service, and the facilities are excellent. Definitely worth every penny if you are looking for a treat.

The Thai massage with nom is really helping me to recover from a back/neck injury over a year ago following medical treatment.
Nom really gets to the heart of the problem, it’s a different massage every week so she clearly feels where the problem areas are and sorts them out.
I’m finally starting to get back to playing sports again thanks to these massages.

I am so upset. My eyebrows are very important to me, I normally have thick brows that are very full at the front. I even said to the lady that I have had a bad experience before, where they plucked too much from the front of my brow, little did I know she was going to do the same thing to me! I got home and had a proper look in the mirror. They are so uneven, they are super thin and I have no hair at the front of my brows. Honestly I feel like crying. I’m so upset I cannot believe this has happened. I’m never going again and I will tell everyone not to go!

We were a bit surprised that the therapists shared a couple of tools. We know we don’t have any fungal infections but hope the tools were sterile before our treatments...

I’ve always come hear to have my hair done but due to no spare time stupidly have bleached and ruined my hair my self, I made some time and the girls fit me in, and did a oplex treatment fixed my roots and put a toner on and gave me a good cut, my hair looks so much healthier and amazing after just sitting and can’t wait to keeep comeing back regularly to keep it healthy and grow again, thank you so much life savers as always such a amazing magic team xxx !

Brilliant, had an initial chat about a new colour and what I was aiming for, had my appt today and I’m so pleased with the result, Sophie really did an excellent job and as always the salon had a fab atmosphere and all the staff were welcoming and friendly to everyone who came through the door, recommend to anyone wanting a hair or beauty treatment.

Had hair done with Kate yesterday and nails done with Ocean today - fantastically happy with the results all round. Highly recommend trying out, huge range or services and treatments. Wouldn’t go anywhere else ??
