I had a really lovely experience when I came to HOB, having never been here before I had no idea what to expect. Lauren and Keeley were both very welcoming and professional and went above and beyond to make sure my friend and I had a great relaxing morning and throughly enjoyed it. I would defiantly return and I 100% recommend Lauren B.

We had a full body massage , we rung only hours before and at the time they had no availability however they contacted when an appointment did come available which we were very happy with, the massage was amazing and we would come again, the background music was a little loud and had a high tone to it at times, the staff were lovely, friendly , can not fault it

Great service from Sophie as normal. This time she went the extra mile as I needed my hair to look good for tomorrow so she made sure she put extra curl in and didn’t brush out before I left.

I’ve been going to HoB since it opened and currently have my hair done by Georgia! It always looks amazing afterwards, Georgia is fab at what she does and super friendly too ! HoB and the ladies that work there always make you feel relaxed and comfortable! I’ve also had their pregnancy massage which was incredible, and nails too!
I always looks forward to my upcoming appointments!

My last hair cut with a different company was not good. I went into your salon and spoke with Lauren B she was very confident and knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable when discussing how I wanted my hair style. I arrived today and wow what a great job she done, I am over the moon thank you Lauren B. All staff were really pleasant. See you again in a couple of months.

Desperate for a haircut and jyst viditing from France I fell under the spell of Georgia who was great at listening and asking questions and making suggestions to improve my thick wavy hair. Very pleased with the result. Five stars’

We booked a couples back,neck and shoulders. Massage at the last minute. They were amazing and so helpful.
We have had many massages and this is one was just amazing.
We will be back, but give them a little more notice next time.
