I was most disappointed with the colour the roots were a completely different colour to my hair, my fringe was cut wrong for the price I paid I was not happy.
They care about you and listen to your needs then they suggest the best options .
i had my hair done by gorgeous ZOWE , she was obsolutely fantastic, she kept me updated every stage what she is going to do and gave options and gave suggestions which will suit us . totally worth the money will visit again.

I’ve been having my hair done at Hairology for quite some time now and have recommended several friends, all of whom still go to Mark. I believe he is the best cutter in Thanet and, as a bonus, you can have an interesting chat at the same time. Count him as a good friend.

I absolutely love Hairology and have been going for nearly 2 years now - the atmosphere is always really lovely, it’s relaxed and the staff are all really friendly. :) I love Tracy and absolutely love getting my hair done by her, shes always really bubbly, talkative, professional and always talks through what she’s doing and why she’s doing it so you understand the process!

First of all the salon is airy and modern.even though you will find that you become attached to one stylist....all the staff are fantastic and make you feel welcome and at home.when you go for you appointment the stylist will spend time at the start asking you how you have found your latest style...if it's been easy to look after...if you have any problems with your hair and generally how you are...they care and it's not small talk....as a man approaching 50 but you still feel young and want a modern haircut this is the place

I had my first visit to this lovely salon on Friday of last week and had an incredible experience! Tracey was just wonderful. Right from the initial consultation on the Wednesday through to the end of my appointment with her on the Friday she made me feel comfortable and listened to what I wanted and the outcome is gorgeous I love it!
