Hi had my second app with Nicola This time the colour has been transformed A warm base colour with a few high lights Fantastic I have come back to life with my hair once more ! Thank you so gratefull ?
Nicola listened to me and advised on treatment cut and colour to bring my hair (and look ) back to life again . Today Nicola treated the condition and then cut it so well. Full of bounce and shine again . Then a skin alllergy test for the colour next week . I really can't wait to go back and continue the road to healthy interesting hair again ! When you go into a salon and ask if they can dye your hair “grey” as it’s a very difficult colour to get..and get told they are very confident in doing so.. you put all your trust into that salon. They even did a patch test a week before my appointment so I was happy with that... but when you go to your appointment and have your hair dyed and it turns out blonde with blue tips and they try and say that’s the colour you wanted! Erm no I don’t think so... and then chuck loads of different things on your head to try and save it and even run next door to the joke shop to buy a cheap crazy colour hair dye... erm no that’s not good either! Or when I ask for them to just make it a darker grey to try and save my now horrible coloured hair they now turn it PURPLE! yeah not good enough! My hair cut was beyond terrible with patches around my head and different lengths... oh yes you wanted to fix your problem I give you that with me going back the next day to try and save my hair colour... but do you think I will ever let you touch my hair again? Not only did you give me bleach burns all around my neck and head where you chucked loads of bleach ect on my head and turned my hair into bubble gum when you tried to save it! I even had to go to another hair dresser so they could FIX your mistakes and they even told me not to let you touch my hair with anymore products as my head was badly burnt! I don’t appreciate you running next door getting a cheap hair dye to put on my head! Where was my patch test then? Or the fact you refunded me half my money! Not good at all. Never will i go there again or any of my friends. And I will be expecting the rest of my money back!
Lauren changed my hair from grown out blonde ombré to dark brown. It feels and looks so healthy and Lauren really made sure I was happy throughout. Zoey was also lovely to help wash my hair. Everyone in the salon is so nice and there’s a lovely atmosphere where as I haven’t felt that in previous salons. Really happy ?
Always makes you feel great having your hair done but here it’s not just the new hair doo it’s the whole experience from the time you walk in till the time you leave they always make you feel special.... thank you all

I only came in for a cut and finish with moisturising treatment but I had such a good experience - Zowie spent SO much time talking through my needs and completely understood my hair type. I’ve never had that before in any other salon, it’s usually just ‘cut your hair and leave’. She was absolutely brilliant, and all the other staff were really friendly too. I would recommend Hairoligy to everyone (and already have!) xx
I’ve been a client of this salon for 20 years and have always had a good haircut. The service is welcoming and friendly. The stylists are smart and professional, they always put you at ease, nothing is too much trouble. Nice coffee and a good supply of magazines to read too
The staff are very welcoming as soon as you enter the Salon. I had my hair washed with a very relaxing head massage, by a young lady (I didn't catch her name). I then had my hair cut and styled by Mark Andrew. He blow dried it straight with great patience and good skill, as I have very thick hair. He informed me of the best products for my hair, but wasn't too pushy (as I've experienced in other salons) he wrote the names of the products down for me so that I wasn't pressurised into getting them there and then.
I loved the whole experience and will definitely return.
