I had a wonderful experience, Tracy knew exactly what I wanted, the staff are very friendly and make you feel at ease. The only thing is I know they do a brilliant job it's quite expensive and could only go twice a year.
I've been coming here for years and years .mark and Sarah always make me feel welcome and look after me I wouldn't go anywhere else..:the other staff are very friendly too .... I would recommend anyone to come to this hairdressers as it's the best round thanet area..
Went nice & early so was quiet which is nice! Great welcome / service! Coloured my roots / hair just how I wanted. Styled / finished how I wanted x what more can I say been going for over 2 years & cant fault them at all. Even treated myself to a lovely leave in conditioner! Definitely recommend x

Just come beck from having a cut with Tracy and as always the cuts great. When I first started going to Tracy she really took the time to listen to me and what I wanted with my hair and explained what would and wouldn't work for me.

The customer service was fantastic. The salon was clean and well presented this also applies to to the staff. My hair cut is fantastic and was done to a brilliant standard and the hairstylist was very friendly and approachable
Nicola my stylist listened to my particular needs as I was getting married very soon and was a bit nervous if she would get my style just right. I needn't of been nervous. She did a marvellous job and I left the salon feeling happy and confident with my hair.

The hairstylists and junior staff are clearly very well trained, always listen to you and will always advise you on the best style and colour for your hair condition. The salon is very clean and modern, refreshments are always offered and all staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Hadn't had hair cut since December 2016. Must admit that have left the salon disappointed as feel it has only been a trim rather than a cut, so therefore very expensive. Also said that I had trimmed my own fringe and there was a section that was quite blunt. I was told this would be dealt with once my hair was dry before rectifying. It didn't occur to me when leaving the salon that this hasn't been done.
Brilliant service from tracy - a true professional. I enjoyed a half head foils, cut and style today. 10 out of 10!!

Great place to be pampered whilst getting your hair done! Clean, friendly and has excellent stylists. My go to place when I am in need of some TLC! Oh, and a haircut of course!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Been a customer for many years and got through a few different hairdressers. Each one has been highly knowledgable, able to discuss my preferences and give honest advice and opinions. I have always been highly satisfied with my cut and colours which have differed over the years. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Treated with respect and feel valued as an individual. Tracey is my current hairdresser, an expert cutter and remembers the little details between visits.
