I've been having my hair coloured, cut and finished for well over 20 years at the salon and have always received exceptional service. Today my stylist, Mark, wasn't happy with the colour and re-did it. A lovely place to be spoilt. The whole crew are great.
This is a wonderful family run salon. You are always greeted with a smile and friendly conversation, they take your coat, bring you refreshments and then sit down with you to discuss what you would like. Very thorough and genuinely interested in you. I had Nicola today and she was lovely - and gave me a wonderful new hair cut. The products used are also discussed with you and you have the option to buy from a wide range for all hair types. Hair is their life and they are good at it. Thank you xxx

I have been using your salon for a good 15 years and this was the first time I was very disappointed. I always explain exactly what I want and show a picture. Although I was a little tired from work and not watching closely. .trusted the stylist. Big mistake.. I was growing out a pixie cut and it had taken me 4 months to grow out my fringe to the length it needed to be as the picture.. I feel she disregarded whst I wanted and did get own thing.. I'm now back to square one with a hair cut I didn't ask for and back as short as I was 6months ago with not much fringe.and what looks like a bowl cut.. I may have to get out the clippers to try and salvage what hair I have left and I may not be back as she has put me off hairdressers.
Very good service , was asked what I would like to drink as soon as I sat down. Stylist asked how my hair had been since last visit. Very pleased with my cut and finish, would certainly recommend
Lovely girl but my highlights are very stripey which I asked for them not to be and showed a picture of how I usually have it. To be fair she did offer to correct it but I would rather try and do that somewhere else as I really don't like how it looks. She did say the growth was too long but I usually leave it this amount of time. As I said she was lovely but really unhappy with my hair.
Came in for a balayage type ombré colour and trim. I got exactly what I wanted even though I was vague explaining. Couldn't be happier. Staff all very friendly and attentive. Salon has a nice atmosphere. They were also really accommodating with appointment slots to find a time that fit in my schedule. I would recommend to everyone!

I had Katie give me a trim today. She did a great job and made me feel at ease as I told her I don't much like having my hair done. I also got very good information about hair products I can use for my particular hair type. I will definitely go back to Hairology next time for my haircut as she was very thorough and professional. I have been there before as well a few times and never had a bad experience.

Having been a client at Hairology for some years when my last hairdresser left I felt partly inclined to follow him...oh so glad I didn't now! Had a wonderful haircut with Mark this morning and it was refreshing to have different advice on my hair and style. Happy days.
Had my hair done today by Nicola. I went in looking a awful, dark roots and nasty coloured ends! I put my trust her and she has made my hair look amazing!! As always the salon staff made me feel welcome and relaxed!!!

Lauren was wonderful. Friendly and polite. My youngest daughter had her hair washed and a trim only. My eldest daughter (13) had her hair sprayed at the bottom and a small trim. So no need for blow dry or anything else. Youngest daughter had hair plaited as it was wet. I felt that £53 was incredibly expensive for this 1/2 hour appt. I do not mind how much I spend on our hair usually. And would love to have returned... But £53 for two TRIMS AND 1/2 hour is beyond expensive. So unfortunately I will never return as I found this price unfair. Melynda

Been a customer here for years. I've had several different stylists over that time, all of an excellent standard. Always made to feel valued and special. As well as a great haircut, I leave feeling relaxed and uplifted. They really know their stuff and and give good honest advice. Not overpriced either.
It was my first time at Hairoligy today and I am so so happy with the result. I had blonde highlights, a cut and a blow dry all done by Tracy. She was so lovely to talk to, made me feel at ease and knew exactly what I wanted which she gave to me and more!!! She was extremely knowledgable and gave me a lot of useful tips that I hadn't known before! Will definitely be coming here again.
Mark really sorted out my problem hair today. Also a cut and colour. Very pleased. Tracey did a great job of colour removal around my hairline.

Tracey was my stylist. She knows exactly how I like my hair. I have curly hair that not many stylists understand. Tracey does perfect highlights that look natural on me.
We have got to know each other and are able to have banter each appointment, I used to be nervous going to hairdressers but Tracey makes me feel at ease.
Very good experience at Hairology yesterday. Lovely haircut by Mark and style, lots of time and explanation of hair management and product use. Shall be going again.
