Hairology at Mark Andrew: I've been using this salon for the last 4 years or so. My hair is very thick & difficult, but I always come out with amazing looking hair. I usually have Lauren, and she always does a great job, and my daughters also use the salon, Summa is their stylist. The salon stays up to date with the latest trends, and they stock lovely products including Paul Mitchell , Moroccan Oil, and also GHD.

Natasha is an outstanding stylist, who really understands my hair and it's limitations and is a total perfectionist never letting me leave until we are both happy. The service is first class and I always leave feeling I've had a very personal service and that my hair is the best it can be.

I had zowie as my stylist and she was fab. She sat with me and went through the style i wanted and tailored it to my needs and lifestyle (3 children and a school run so needed something i can brush and go but also something that can be made up for rare nights out) she was so friendly and explained everything that she was doing, she helped me with my problem scalp and i purchsed some of the shampoo she used. I have honestly never had a haircut this nice or an experience so lovely. Made me feel very special for an hour. Thanks Zowie
I have been using this salon for years and would never go anywhere else! It is clean and bright and they use top brand shampoos etc. The staff are lovely. They are very well trained and will do exactly as you ask. It is, for me, a fantastic way to spend an hour or two!!! Not just for the endless cups of coffee either!!!
The staff at Hairology are so friendly and welcoming and I love going there.I really enjoy the little extras such as the wide choice of drinks and staff always make you feel at home as soon as you walk through the door!I have Natasha as my hair stylist and I had a consultation with her on my first appointment where she really listened to what I wanted and we chatted about what type of hair I had etc.She really listened and did exactly what I wanted,I was really pleased with the result and have been going there ever since.

I enjoyed my experience at the salon. I was nervous to begin with but that didn't last long. Easy talking to Lee as he was honest and professional when finding out what I was looking to achieve with my hair.
I am so pleased with my hair colour and cut by Lee. This was my first time to the salon and I will most certainly be coming back wonderful service.

Today I entered the salon feeling fed up with very dull hair! After 2 hours I left feeling amazing. Summa gave me lovely bright highlights and a perfect cut! I will definitely be booking to see her again.The rest of the team as always were happy and helpful.

Ive been coming here for over a year now with my mum and neither of us can fault any of the hair dressers! I use to have rosie who was amazing but she left. My recent visit i had summa and she was lovely. Felt like i knew her for years! Defo use summa again! Anyone wanting to go blonde use summa 100% she will do the job! Xxx

Having walked in off the street last year with an awful colour I'd been given elsewhere, I received a cut and colour from Lee like I've never had anywhere else. The time that was spent correcting my colour and carefully removing as much of my previously damaged hair as possible, was outstanding. These guys are top drawer stylists, and I'll always recommend to others. I've finally learnt, (the hard way), you really do get what you pay for!!

I first went there when my hair was in really bad condition. They are very friendly and professional and know their stuff. They always do exactly what you ask for and give advice on products and styles etc. They recommended using Moroccan oil products and I swear by it now. My hair has had such a transformation getting the length and condition back to how it was. I wouldn't get my hair done anywhere else now.

Usual great service- Natasha is amazing, please don't ever let her leave. The only suggestion to improve the service would be to have the facility to pay a tip by card.

I have been using this salon for the past 14 years. Yes i have tried others but nothing compares to the quality that you get from this salon. Everyone who works here goes above and beyond for their clients. I thoroughly recommend . Im Always happy with my hair ???? and i get asked alot by others as to where i go and who does my hair..which says alot. Profesional service and staff.

As always service in Hairology excellent. Katie does an excellent job with the colour... She is gentle and really thorough in ensuring every section of hair coloured and always ensure she wipes all residue after. She also takes great care in shampooing making sure she rinses well at the back behind your neck. As always marks great hairdressing skills always leaves my hair looking great. Always enjoy my visits to Hairology ... Lovely people who all make you feel very welcome and very comfortable. Thank you ????
