I'd like to Thank Eloise for the last few sessions she has taken time to teach my daughter how to Dutch Braid, French Plait, Fish tail plait, straighten and curl hair with straighteners. From a parent who mentioned on one appt that it would be handy if someone could teach French plaiting for my teenage daughter, to Eloise offering to do it. 4 one hours sessions later (at an hourly rate - which was very reasonable) my child can now do all of the above with confidence and a willingness to keep doing it herself now. (something she didn't want to learn from Mum! Because you know, Mum isn't cool)! Lol.
This skill and service offered was priceless for me, so again a massive Thankyou to Eloise and of course Karen for facilitating my request.

My time in the Chair is always an enjoyable one at Keith Graham, Callum always makes me feel at ease with any of the Services I have there. Today he has topped up my usual colour perfectly. I asked for a fringe to be cut back in today, Callum remembered how I like to have it which as I haven't had a fringe since well before lockdown was remarkable, he also remembered how particular I am about my fringe (as I have a kink in it and it springs up quite dramatically) but with true professionalism he finished my style off superbly. He's even made me look younger!! Lol I cannot recommend Callum highly enough, in fact all of the staff at Keith Graham are great. If you haven't been before, you should definitely give them a try, you won't regret it.

I have afro/caribbean hair long length and needed a wash and blow dry or roller set. I took a chance and approached the salo to enquire if they could try doing my hair. I got a positive response and a very experienced stylist who did the most amazing job. She took her time, was gentle and i couldnt have asked for better. My mom has been for cut and blow dry..very pleased and i have returned..each time haa been a pleasure. Thank you!

I only have a dry cut & normally have Sarah cut my hair but as she wasn’t in today I had Step. She cut my hair exactly as I described & was chatty & efficient.

Eloise did excellent work on my hair today, I was used as a colour model for her training session & she blow dried my hair perfectly, She was calm, polite & focused, thank you ?

I went to get a trim and advice on growing out my pixie cut, Sarah was, as always, very professional and knew her stuff. I now have a plan for my hair and know Sarah will keep me looking fresh all the way! All the staff were really welcoming and I was grateful for a hot drink also! Thanks as always
