Nick is the most amazing hairdresser. He does hair exactly how you want it and is such a lovely person as all the rest of the team are. The salon is always 100% spotless and you just feel at ease and comfortable x

I only went in knowing what I didn't want done to my hair. Natalie gave me a few suggestions and we decided to put some long layers in. She also suggested what oil to use to combat the frizzy bits.

Fantastic as always, kat is very professional, but friendly throughout and is easy to talk to. She talks you through what she's doing (even though it goes straight over my head) and makes sure you're 100% happy from start to finish. The salon is beautiful, and clean, with a relaxed atmosphere. The staff are always chirpy and there's always a giggle coming from somewhere. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone who is listening!! Thanks for my beautiful hair x

I was treated as though I was celebrity and I left feeling and looking like a film actress and what a lovely idea to have massaging chairs to work and soothe the back muscles while also recieving a hair wash. God yes! I am definately going back again!

Kat worked hard to make my visit to the hairdresser perfect. Lovely cup of coffee on arrival, a discussion about my hair followed by excellent use of colour and accurate cut. Very nice indeed

I usually have Nick do my hair but if he isnt available I have one of the girls and yesterday I had Natasha who has blow dried hair once before and I was very pleased with how she did it curly. Yesterday I had her blow dry it straight and I have woke up this morning and it looks like it has just been freshly done and still as straight. It was the same when she blow dried it curly, it lasted.
Natasha is so lovely I liked her as soon as we met. She is nice and chatty putting you at ease immediately. Everyone in the salon is the same, very approachable, kind and caring. I would never dream of going anywhere else. It is always spotlessly clean everywhere.

The whole experience from the welcome, the conversation, the colour, the cut was fantastic. I went from totally bleached hair to a warm sophisticated balayage. I couldn't be happier with the result.

Went for my 1st visit to the salon for a consultation as looking to try a new stylist. I was very impressed with the look of the salon and the super friendly staff After my consultation with Kat i felt very at ease as she listened and understood my needs. As a result i have booked in for my hair colour and am very excited to see the results.

My appointment was booked in for 11.30am, ***** finished with her previous client 15 minutes late, so I was waiting for approx 20 minutes before I eventually sat in the chair.
I’d shown ***** a picture of the hair colour I wanted and we spoke for a little while about how she was going to achieve this. I put my trust in ***** to achieve the colour I wanted. I wasn’t expecting an exact match, I know that this is very rarely achieved. ***** started working on my hair at approx 12.30, so an hour into my appointment!
Once my hair had been finished, I was really surprised at the colour it was, it really wasn’t anything close to the picture I had shown *****. I did like the colour, it looked really nice and I told ***** that I was happy. After spending 3/4 hrs in the salon I really didn’t want to say that it wasn’t anything like I wanted.
In the past I have paid a minimum of £150 up to £180 for a balayage, I can’t understand why I paid £250 for this appointment?!?! I hadn’t been made aware of a price increase. I really didn’t want to say anything at the time but I walked out of the salon shocked by how much I’d paid for a hair colour that I wasn’t completely happy with. I’m not expecting anything from the salon as I know I should have said something at the time but I really didn’t feel comfortable doing this, I really didn’t want ***** to feel that I wasn’t happy with her work but the more I think about it, the more I feel I should let you know how I feel.
I’m really confused as to how my hair has turned out so completely different to what I wanted. If ***** had told me when I showed her the picture that this was unachievable then I would have been prepared for a real change or I would have stuck to my original colour.

Thank you to Kat for transforming my hair today. It was tired, dry & dull plus lockdown had made me see how much grey I had! After advice from Kat I tried a new look adding a fringe and new colour & cut. I left the salon full of confidence. I am so happy with my hair, Kat did an amazing job and always makes me feel so welcome. I’ve had so many compliments. I would recommended this salon it has a lovely atmosphere. I am also very impressed with Jennifer, I listened to her dealing with another client at the desk and wow her customer service was excellent! 5 star for a luxury experience :))

Been back to Obsessions for a full service. Colour with foils, treatments, cut and blow dry and felt amazing. Had so many lovely comments about my hair. Went today for a bouncy blow dry and yet again brilliant service, felt a million dollars with the friendliness and attention to detail Nick gives. All the stylists in there are the same as Jen the owner seems to pay a lot of attention to who she employs. The salon is spotless all the time. Sanitized and PPÈ is worn constantly.

Went back to the salon today after lockdown. Thank God Jennifer could open as had enough of dry shampoo. I'm disabled so hard to wash my own hair. I saw Natasha today# she is helping out at the moment. My hair looks amazing as usual like when Nicola and Nick do it. Natasha was so friendly and chatty and did an amazing job. Thank you x

I booked a haircut for my daughter with Nick and spent a while talking about hair with him. He seemed to actually understand what I was talking about and the end result I wanted to achieve (even though explaining hair can be tricky!!) He was lovely and made you feel at ease which seems to be a lost art these days. He was so good I decided to get him to cut my hair too as he had a slot available. I am very happy with both cuts.

I have not been good since I had my hair restyled by Nick , several weeks ago. I’m so sorry to be so late. I’m terrified of hairdressers. But nick made it all so pleasant, and calm. He has made the most fantastic job on my hair. I get out of bed , run my fingers through, and perfect! As I’m disabled.
