Visiting the salon today was real pamper! The whole team made me feel so welcome! I am beyond happy with my hair! Been a long time since I felt this good. Liam is a complete perfectionist and I felt completely safe in his hands. I am the worst kind of client- I didn't have any (helpful) idea of what I wanted, just walked in wanting to feel good again with something low maintenance and to breathe some life back into my hair and then Liam worked his magic! He is absolutely worth the investment! I'll be back! I feel fabulous! Thanks Liam!

This was a very successful visit to hairdresser's. I don't live in Ramsgate, but needed a haircut, so I just walked in. Brandon was very skilled, he put me at ease with his gentle manners. He used his own expertise and also asked me about my own style preferences. This produced a great result! I will definitely be back.

I absolutely loved my hair dressing experience today. I normally don't enjoy a trip to the hairdressers as I find it painful and uncomfortable. However Brandon was so gentle and calming it really was the most therapeutic experience!

I have never enjoyed having my hair done so much. Also I would like to thank Brandon for showing me different ways to style my hair using a diffuser and also for being so understanding when I wasn't loving my natural curls. Brandon made me feel very at ease and comfortable and was exceptionally kind. Honestly the best hair dresser I have ever experienced! Because of you I will be back!

It has always been such a delight to come to Obsessions. Although I no longer live in Ramsgate, I am making the effort to come for my hair appointments to the same salon I used when I lived here. I have never been disappointed and have had my hair through a lot of colour transformations under the magic hand of amazing Kat! Very happy to warmly recommend this very unique hair elevation salon!

I was very impressed with the salon it's modern and comfortable and friendly. Natasha washed, cut and styled my hair it's the best it's looked in a long time. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

Went to Obsessions today for everything. Extensions out, full colour and foils, wash, blow dry, hair back in and trimmed then had soft curls put in. Brandon worked his magic yet again and my colour is beautiful. He really is a wonderful hairdresser and stylist. The rest of the team are all very talented and you really should give them a visit.
You really do get what you pay for

Absolutely thrilled with what Kat did to my chemo damaged curly hair. She took time to explain to me how to use the products and really knew her stuff as regard’s difficult hair. My hair hasn’t looked or felt so good for a long time

An amazing experience from the moment i walked in and was greeted by Brandon to the moment i left with a smile on my face. I have never enjoyed having my hair cut until i visited Obsession on the recommendation of my daughter. I noticed the calm atmosphere as soon as i walked in and the salon has an open and stylish look and is very inviting. Brandon is amazing, he was ready at the reception desk to welcome me and he was friendly, approachable as well as being professional throughout. Brandon spent time asking about my hair and what products i use and answered my questions as well as explaining the products he was using on my hair and their benefits. I loved the reclining massage chair which put me at ease and was so relaxing. I was presented with a drinks menu to choose from which was lovely. Brandon checked i was happy with my hair and he gave me a free sample of the styling product he used for me to try at home. Before i left Brandon gave me a welcome pack with goodies and a hand written thank you card for choosing to visit Obsession. I am absolutely blown away with the service i received, it wasn't just a haircut but a memorable positive experience, just WOW and thank you Brandon

I came in incredibly nervous. I had never attended the salon before, and I arrived as a difficult case. My hair had become very badly matted due to chronic depression, to the point where it had become an almost completely solid crescent of greasy, stinking, dead hair. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel welcome and at ease. Kat, my stylist, immediately knew how to fix my hair - even though I was convinced I would lose the whole lot down to a pixie-cut length. It took her two and a half hours, some of which involved additional assistance from Nicola, but at the end of the appointment my hair was beautiful. It was bright, shining, thick, voluminous, and most of all long! Kat was a master of her craft, and with nothing more than a pintail comb and a bottle of baby oil, she saved the whole of my hair. It was cleaned, conditioned, and the split ends were trimmed away. It was all I could do not to break down in tears of happiness when Kat showed me the beautiful, beachy curls that reached down to my mid back. I had walked in feeling like an embarrassment and a swamp monster. I left feeling affirmed, and empowered, and beautiful. I haven't ever felt this good about myself before. And it's Kat and her incredible skill who made me feel that way. Trust them with your hair. I will for the rest of my life.

After being ill for a week and being in hospital my hair was in such a mess. Matted and dry. Went to see Brandon today where he gave it a good wash and treatment. I have come home feeling better because my hair feels so nourished and lovely bouncy blow dry. Thank you Brandon x

My visit to obsession was very disappointing and £42 for a wash and blow-dry is way too expensive. Now I am over the shock.and have taken advice I really think you should offer me a partial refund....

Recently, I’ve had a haircut at Obsessions. Nicola, a curl stylist, was able recreate the style I wanted. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with friendly chats, good coffee, and my welcome presents.

Brandon was super kind and helped me decide what I wanted with my hair because I was unsure. I left feeling super classy and happy with my new haircut!

Brandon is calm, considered and thoughtful and I always look forward to our six weekly meetings. Today however, he has surpassed himself. I left the salon grinning from ear to ear with my vibrant summer holiday hair. Within a minute of leaving, a complete stranger had complimented my colour. Brandon listened to what I wanted, vivid colours that could still look professional and created a style that I can wear discreetly down for work and display with an up-do at home. Lovely wash and blow dry today with Brandon today. Had my hair blow dried straight. Really pleased usual. I take my little dog with me and it's very dog friendly with trears and water as you walk in for your fur babies.
I cannot fault this salon or the team in one way.
