Absolutely love this salon, so welcoming when you first walk in, then in the chair offered a drink and then the massage chair whilst you are having your hair washed nearly fell asleep so relaxing lol,back to chair for cut and chat and Kat my stylist made sure I was happy at end of cut which I realised I wanted more off on the undercut which Kat was very happy to oblige no problem one happy customer, OK it is a bit more expensive than your average cut but you pay for experience and class I will be returning and won't go anywhere else now, looking forward to my highlights next month thank you and still loving my hair x

From the moment you go for your first consultation you feel at home here. No bitching when someone walks out the door (yes I've experienced this at a lot of salons) so, you know they won't do it about yo in Obsessions. .
Natash done my hair today and it's just as I wanted. I'm very happy with it. She is very friendly and knowledgeable like the rest of the team.

I’m so glad I made that first trip to the salon and Brandon did my hair. I love the time and care he takes finding out what I want and going about getting the result. I look forward to every appointment for some proper TLC in a friendly salon.

Wonderful stylist - Kat really listens. I needed to go shorter because I am now swimming every day. Kat managed to keep the face-flattering length at the front and to go much shorter at the back. A triumph!

Always a perfect cut with Nicola. It is a joy to have a stylist who knows what my curly hair needs in a cut and Nicola chats through what I want from my cut.

The whole experience of going to Obsessions is lovely. The whole team are beyond helpful and friendly. If you haven't been you really should go as you really do get what you pay for.

I was a little surprised by the price £82 as a pensioner I was not told it would be that much and I could not see a price list that said a cut and blow dry was that expensive

Brandon is so lovely. He makes sure that you are well cared for whilst recommending what to do with your hair if you need recommendations. I am so pleased with the results! As a ginger it’s difficult to do a lot with my hair, but he always does a great job.

Amazing ! I always hated going to hairdressers in the past but since coming to see Tash at obsessions I actually look forward to it!!! A huge turnaround for me!! She takes so much care and time and love into making me feel completely safe and I totally trust being in her most capable hands! She restyled my hair to suit me and talked through every stage to make sure I was happy with choices. A totally positive experience - I wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

I needed a last minute appointment today and I phoned the salon where they were so pleasant and helpful as always and they fitted me in for a late afternoon appointment. My phone rang later and it was the salon offering me a bit earlier appointment with Kat as she finished earlier than expected.

This was my second visit to the salon after moving to Kent.I am very pleased with the result. I hope it will be the start of a long relationship with the salon and Brandon.

Natasha was really attentive and helped guide me through my foils and cut as I had a wedding coming up and also thinking forward to the Spring Summer season. She took time to understand my hair and how best to cut and colour it. She also gave me loads of great tips on how to style my hair at home.

I’m a fairly new client of Kat’s so still getting to know her. I think this is the 3rd time with her. Each time is getting better as she gets to know my hair. Kat is always friendly respectful and listens to what you want. Can highly recommend her.

A brilliant result with Brandon, as always! He always goes above and beyond to get a standout colour with his expert advice, tailored to my requests, and cheerfully putting up with that changing every time I come in!!! Fantastic cut too. Highly recommend.

I LOVE my visits to the salon. Yes there’s the ‘me time’ that it gives me but more than that it’s the staff and the environment. I know Kat won’t try to get me to try something if it won’t work with my hair, whether that’s cut or colour. Having confidence in your stylist is priceless and Kat and everyone at Obsessions deliver every time

I met with Tash today she was really helpful and friendly, explained throughly what the process would be, took strand tests and skin tests, and called me straight away with the results! Everyone I met was so welcoming and friendly! Can’t wait to go back and have my hair done.

Obsessions is literally THE best salon ever!! And kat is the absolute bomb!! I have always felt so awkward at hairdressers and for that reason never revisited the same one twice and waited years between each dreaded booking but obsessions is so different! now I've been going to them for years and am a 6-8 weekly visitor because they have made it literally my most favourite thing to do!! They have the best chat and kat somehow always remembers everything I tell her?! And genuinely wants to hear the latest! And her hair skills are beyond words!! As a total tomboy I struggle to explain what I want and somehow she just knows and makes it even better than I ever could have imagined! This is the kindest, coolest, friendliest salon in the whole world and I definitely recommend you give it a go!

Kat is AMAZING!!!! I am the most socially awkward tomboy in the world and have never before revisited the same hairdressers twice because of this but obsessions is something else! Everyone puts me at total ease and kat especially is an absolute delight to chat to!! And her hair skills are INCREDIBLE!! I have been returning to her for years now and always leave feeling a million dollars. I never thought I'd be a girl that regularly books in to the hairdressers but it is just such a treat to go to see kat at obsessions that I'm now a 6-8 weekly girl!
