Brandon looked after me perfectly. He could not have been more attentive, ensured he understood what I wanted and cut my hair beautifully.

Made comfortable from the moment I stepped in, with excellent guidance and style from Brandon. Just a lovely experience really and so happy with my hair.

I have lost count of the number of years I have been going to Obsessions, I keep going back because of the excellent service & friendly atmosphere. In all those years I have never had cause to complain. I highly recommend you try them.

Natasha takes a lot of trouble to discuss how your hair can look and what she proposes to do. I came out with a good haircut and felt very well looked after.

Another good day at the salon. Nicola did my hair today. It was Nicola who first did my hair when I first started going yo Obsessions. I asked her for a loose bouncy blow dry and that is exactly what I got.

Brandon done my full colour Friday. With the spring coming I wanted the blonde to be lighter. He listened and I love it. It still has different highlights but a more pearly blonde. He is a really good hairdresser and a lovely person to go with it. But they all are x

Had Brandon do my washing and blow dry today and like the rest of the team he takes such time and attention to detail. When he washes your hair he does the most amazing head massage with the shampoo and to die for with the conditioner. Hes a really lovely boy and a pleasure to have him do my hair

No matter when you walk into Obsessions, whatever time of day, it is spotless. The team take as much pride in thir work too. Had Tasha do my wash and blow dry yesterday and had it curly. Today it looks just the same and I'm very pleased with it. It feels amazing too.

The salon is attractive and spotless and Natasha was helpful with detailed analysis of my problem hair. She explained what products she used and gave me good advice. An all round good experience and I will be back for more haircuts.

Firstly I never write a bad review of a local business and after thinking about it now for 2 days I need to tell you about my experience. First 15 minutes are free, allegedly. I told ***** I had short hair for 25 years but am growing it. All I wanted was for her to trim the ends. I hadn’t had it cut in a year. I have naturally curly hair. A 10 minute wash followed. Then the 10 min trim. She told me that she needed to straighten my hair to check the cut. Why? I have naturally curly hair. You really wouldn’t notice a fraction out. She straitened it and I resembled my grandma, it was worse than horrendous. She then used curling tongs to create massive false curls. It was disgusting. I have natural curls, just scrunched dry. Pricing was £39-£89. Curly cut and style 45 minutes. ***** spent around 20 minutes selling me everything she could think of, mouse, conditioner, products I’d never heard of and didn’t want. All I wanted was a trim. She hadn’t listened to anything I’d said. She got no vibes that I was extremely unhappy. When she finished I just sat there and scrunched my hair up to try and make it look something. She didn’t even notice or care that I desperately wanted my hair back. I got to the till and they charged me £62….. what for. Your prices start at £39 for a cut and dry. I was so shocked I paid it. The experience took 1 and half hours, I was going to the gym as I thought I’d be done in an hour. No chance of that, the barrage of continually selling me stuff, pointless info I didn’t want or need, the straightening business then the big false heat induced curls were a joke. I didn’t go to the gym as I went home and washed the new look out. I’m not old enough for a grandma look. I have beautiful natural curls, destroyed never ever again. I met friends later and they thought I was ripped off royally. Seriously bad experience

I LOVE this team. They are so wonderfully talented &, led by the excellent (& forward thinking) Jen this crew just gets better & better. I’d recommend them to everyone…. Kat has seen me thru short & stylish dark, the encroaching grey & then helped me embrace (lockdown) long & silver… always beautifully cut & always with an honest opinion!
