No matter when you walk into Obsessions, whatever time of day, it is spotless. The team take as much pride in thir work too. Had Tasha do my wash and blow dry yesterday and had it curly. Today it looks just the same and I'm very pleased with it. It feels amazing too.

The salon is attractive and spotless and Natasha was helpful with detailed analysis of my problem hair. She explained what products she used and gave me good advice. An all round good experience and I will be back for more haircuts.

Firstly I never write a bad review of a local business and after thinking about it now for 2 days I need to tell you about my experience. First 15 minutes are free, allegedly. I told ***** I had short hair for 25 years but am growing it. All I wanted was for her to trim the ends. I hadn’t had it cut in a year. I have naturally curly hair. A 10 minute wash followed. Then the 10 min trim. She told me that she needed to straighten my hair to check the cut. Why? I have naturally curly hair. You really wouldn’t notice a fraction out. She straitened it and I resembled my grandma, it was worse than horrendous. She then used curling tongs to create massive false curls. It was disgusting. I have natural curls, just scrunched dry. Pricing was £39-£89. Curly cut and style 45 minutes. ***** spent around 20 minutes selling me everything she could think of, mouse, conditioner, products I’d never heard of and didn’t want. All I wanted was a trim. She hadn’t listened to anything I’d said. She got no vibes that I was extremely unhappy. When she finished I just sat there and scrunched my hair up to try and make it look something. She didn’t even notice or care that I desperately wanted my hair back. I got to the till and they charged me £62….. what for. Your prices start at £39 for a cut and dry. I was so shocked I paid it. The experience took 1 and half hours, I was going to the gym as I thought I’d be done in an hour. No chance of that, the barrage of continually selling me stuff, pointless info I didn’t want or need, the straightening business then the big false heat induced curls were a joke. I didn’t go to the gym as I went home and washed the new look out. I’m not old enough for a grandma look. I have beautiful natural curls, destroyed never ever again. I met friends later and they thought I was ripped off royally. Seriously bad experience

This is my second time at obsessions and I was not disappointed - I've joined their VIP club - Tash gave me a really good cut and makes you feel really valued as a client

I LOVE this team. They are so wonderfully talented &, led by the excellent (& forward thinking) Jen this crew just gets better & better. I’d recommend them to everyone…. Kat has seen me thru short & stylish dark, the encroaching grey & then helped me embrace (lockdown) long & silver… always beautifully cut & always with an honest opinion!

A fantastic job was done by Brandon, hair looks amazing and was a hit at the wedding I attended.

Nick also did a fantastic job with my sisters hair and she was really happy so thank you on behalf of her too.

Always an absolute joy to have Nick not only do such a lovely job on my hair, but also to have such a good chin-wag! The salon is a beautiful, clean & relaxing environment (the Xmas tree looks amazing again this year!). Always leave feeling pampered & relaxed. Highly recommended.

I really like the way Brandon asks questions and listens to what I would like. He does the best shampoo and condition head massage and it is a joy to get my hair done by him. I never really enjoyed getting my hair done much but since I’ve signed up to the monthly payment package and met Brandon I love going!

Nice warm welcome when you arrive, felt at home and relaxed, went out of their way to give you the style you want without hesitation, overall an excellent experience, would definitely go again.

Lots of the staff were in and the atmosphere is always lovely no matter who is in. Jen has got a really good team, they are so friendly plight caring and all round just nice.

Brandon's cut my hair a couple of times now, and on both occasions did a fantastic job. Even growing out it keeps the shape, he has a great eye for what works. His calm and relaxed demeanour mean its always a pleasure visiting. Highly recommend.

Excellent cut as usual by Nick but it really doesn't matter which stylist you get they are all brilliant, friendly and welcoming as is Jen the owner, plus you get coffee and biscuits.
Very easy 10/10.

Brilliant a really good cut and dry

Had Brandon for a wash and blow dry. He is amazing at washing hair and giving a head massage. I had my hair wavy today and he did it exactly how I like it. As always the salon was immaculate
