A fabulous haircut today from Rhys who came highly recommended.

Lovely cut & blow dry by Pietro. Great convo and gave me such confidence in looking after my hair & styling it.

Alex always does a fabulous job and gives great advice on what will or will not work for me. She gets it right every time!

Ian always does an amazing job. During my last appointment, I had something a bit different in mind, and while I struggled to explain it very well, he interpreted my somewhat uncertain description, to give me exactly what I wanted!

Wow,wow and wow !I have been with Ola's service 3 times I think,but I felt so relaxed at every appointment,she is getting confident and brilliant,I really really would recommend her to my friends!She is amazing

My experience at The Chapel in Tunbridge Wells was top quality. I arrived feeling quite stressed after a hectic start to the day, but Olla’s warm welcome and attentive care instantly put me at ease. The beautifully decorated, calming environment rhelped too.

Ian was both professional and friendly. We discussed my haircut and style preferences beforehand—no small task, as I have an impressive amount of hair! The hair-washing took place in a spa-like area, complete with low lighting and relaxing music, and felt more like a soothing head massage. I was pleased to find they use a top-quality organic brand I already knew.

Ian handled the rest of the process skillfully and respectfully, and I'm thrilled with the final result.
Sarah was also wonderful, offering helpful local tips on food and shopping.

The Chapel is a hidden gem, tucked away in a quiet alley just around the corner from the high street. Thanks to Pietro, who I met outside, for guiding me there!
Everyone was so lovely.

Had an absolutely wonderful time at the Chapel today. Clare did such a lovely job with my haircut, it's so much lighter and fuller, I'm super happy with it. We also had a lovely chat about so many things - she made me feel really comfortable. I got to my appointment quite early and Charly kept me company until my haircut - super bubbly and friendly front of house! I'll be back next year for another big chop - I can only trust the Chapel team with it!

I rung up to make an appointment recently , and was surprised as I was reminded three times that o had previously cancelled an appointment, I’m not sure why that was necessary as I cancelled on enough time . I did feel

Absolutely love coming to The Chapel, it’s always such a relaxing and calming experience. Margot is just lovely and knows exactly how I like and how to achieve it. Always so happy with my fair when I leave.

A great experience- Pietro took loads of time to explain the best cut for me based on my hair type.
My hair cut is excellent, I am really pleased with the results. Pietro also gave me tips on styling my hair and improving the condition. The salon is lovely, a great space with a very relaxing hair wash zone.

Really enjoyed my visit and Beckie has turned the colour and condition of my hair around . I returned to the Chapel after drifting for a short period and this is my second visit recently and I have the most healthy looking hair again. Calum's blow dry was lovely and natural, just what I asked for. He also has such a warm and friendly approach.

As always, James has transformed my hair colour by doing my roots and the result is excellent.

I thoroughly enjoy my Chapel experience and Elsie makes it such a lovely couple of hours too. Not only do I come out with hair that looks so much smarter than when I went in, I also get two hours to myself to be pampered and listened to. It is worth every penny!

I am very happy with my haircut. Pietro, as always, cut my hair exactly the way I requested. Pietro has been cutting my hair for a couple of years now. He is highly skilled and and knows which hair style suits me and which doesn't.. I highly recommend him.

Margot is a brilliant stylist who, along with the rest of the team makes a visit to the Chapel in Tunbridge Wells a very special occasion.

The Chapel was recommended to me by my partner, as she said it was the nicest salon she had been to. As someone who has spent far more time in barber shops than hair salons, I was particularly blown away by what a fabulous place The Chapel is. I was greeted with warmth and friendliness and was pleasantly surprised to see there were several other male clients there, too. Pietro was charming and I'm more than happy with the cut, style and advice he gave me.

Well, I don't really want to recommend Ian because he's so busy but I will because he has done my hair for years now and always makes it look great. He invented my hair colour pattern a couple of years ago and people regularaly stop me in the street to tell me how much they like it! He's a great stylist and it's always a pleasure to chat with him as well. Thank you, Ian!!
And the rest of the staff are lovely as well - kind and helpful!

An appointment with Clare is always a really great experience. She is friendly chatty super professional and I always leave with the cut I wanted. Highly recommended she listens to what you want and need from a cut and delivers!

Always made welcome by all staff. Clare has always cut my hair well, has a pleasant personality and is easy to converse with. No pushy sales as some salons are known for.

Alex is extremely professional, understood my concerns, and implemented a plan to rectify the damage done to my hair. This was my first time at the hairdresser in over 20 years and I was made to feel at ease immediately. It took me a while to decide on a place to go, but I am very pleased with my decision to pick Alex as the cut was excellent and the condition of my hair has improved - so huge thanks to Alex

After many years away from The Chapel, I have returned where I left , with Ian who literally transformed my hair all those years ago to the best it had been and once again I entrust him to do the same again and not only is my hair looking glorious after my appointment yesterday but the experience was also a total delight. Ian is a gem at the Chapel and very much looking forward to my next appointment !!
