It's important to me that my highlights are a certain shade & Laura understands this; the colour and overall job is exactly what I like and lasts well between appointments. Everyone is friendly & relaxed. I bought shampoo & conditioner (last appointment) that is a perfect addition to maintain the ash colour and leaves my hair soft & manageable without being weighed down (Neal & Wolf - not too expensive) . Happy to rebook my appointment every time ??

My first experience today but I knew I was in safe hands with my stylist Katie. Katie knew exactly which styles I prefer and her new suggestions were received well.

Had a really nice relaxing and uplifting visit to saloon this afternoon , the girls create a warm and inviting atmosphere, and always make me feel valued and welcomed , Lindsay who apparently also answers to the name Louise is a tue asset to the shop so helpful polite and friendly she helped me from the very first phone call I made to shop and is still helping ! all the girls are absolutely angels . I went to cloud 9 after wanting a change to my hair from dark to light to hide the odd greys coming through. Louise has done an excellent job I’m so pleased with the outcome so far. She very professional at her job and the staff are all so friendly. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone.

After years of damaging my hair with a strong red box colour, my hair was dry and the colour was very patchy.
We decided to go dark and Amy did an amazing job with a cut and colour. My hair is finally all one shade again, looking and feeling so healthy and shiny! Can’t thank Amy enough for the awesome job on the mess I made it!

A completely relaxed and friendly service. Gentle and thorough shampoo and head massage from Mia and Laura my stylist was very good at guiding me through colour choices. They were very helpful when I realised I’d left my card at home - no judgement- and let me phone through with my card details.

Shebang bang is the best, she’s an excellent stylist, listens to what you want and will tell you the truth if it’s possible or not but politely, the atmosphere is very safe virus wise and everyone talks to each other joining in on the conversations, it’s a friendly place with good humour and excellent services. Been going here for ten years.

Sharon is undoubtably a clients dream , from the moment you walk in the salon her aim is to put the customer first , she goes out her way to make me feel that my custom is very much valued , I’m treated with respect , I’m asked and listened too , nothing is too much trouble , not only does Sharon treat me with respect she makes sure all the junior girls follow suite ,she makes sure all the staff follow her high standards and make it all about the client , love the treatment and the Way I get treated in the saloon .also the wash and massage is the best I’ve had ! I don’t have much down time in my busy week so my weekly visit is sheer luxury to me ! Sharon is an excellent role model in the saloon.

I was made to feel so welcome from the moment I arrived. Going to a new hair salon is more scary than it should be but Cloud9 is different. I was immediately at ease and felt like I was in expert hands. The salon is clean and modern and plays great music! Sharan is wonderful! She cut my hair beautifully & was easy to talk to.
