As usual excellent visit

I have been using Jo the senior stylist for some time. He is a very good at styling my hair. He always offers new ways to colour and keep my strands looking there best. I am looking forward to my next appointment!

Loved my haircut with Rosie. She was very welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and she did me a great cut. Very pleased, thank you.

Also, nice touches by the salon: airy light room, good coffee and great Aveda product.

So happy with my hair since Joe has been cutting it. He's transformed it from incredibly thick, long hair into a style that I can manage with ease. I've always been slightly salon phobic but not any more! Thank you Joe.

Though I did not get the name of the girl who washed my hair she was very attentive and gave me a lovely head massage.
Mehmet was my stylist and as usual he did a fabulous job on my cut. Being over 60 he still manages to give me a style which is youthful.
But it is not only the haircut we always have such interesting, uplifting conversations

I had a great experience today getting my hair done by Joe. I had full foils and a botanical hair mask followed by a haircut. Joe styled my hair curly afterwards which looked amazing. Very friendly staff and excellent products used.

It was my first time using this salon. It’s lovely inside, I had no idea there was the spacious upstairs area too. Joe was friendly and took time chatting to me to find out what I wanted him to do. I have short hair and he did an excellent job. I love my haircut and will certainly be back again. The products used were great too.

Just spent another relaxing morning at William Charles. Great Colour. Great Cut. Great Atmosphere. Clean, tidy, friendly, helpful and above all great service. Can't fault them and Rona is amazing as always. Five stars isn't enough !

This was my first time after having been to the same hairdresser in London for 6 years. Rosie was fabulous- she listened to what I wanted and when I left the salon I was super happy. She was so lovely and so talented. I particularly loved her attention to detail. I’ve booked again.

Fitted in an appointment at short notice for my mother-in-law for shampoo and set in preparation for her grandson’s wedding. Really accommodating, and considerate and she came away looking fabulous. Excellent service.

William Charles is a great hairdressers, they are very friendly and listen to what you want and give good advice. Mehmet and Rosie are great. I always feel confident and gorgeous when I leave.

Mehmet was absolutely brilliant. He could see the issues with my hair (heavy, poor condition, bad cut) and remedied them effortlessly. My friend recommended Mehmet and I am delighted with my hair now. I’m going to book in for highlights in the next few weeks. Thank you for a great experience!
