This my third visit to WC. Very pleased with the service. Today because of prior commitments, my hair was finished by a different stylist who had no prior knowledge of my hair so the finish was not quite what I had hoped for. But I shall be back as a regular.
Excellent cut as usual, but I hate the disposable towels which invariably leave me soaked. First thing I have to do when I get home is change into a dry sweater

A really enjoyable relaxing morning. Temperature check on arrival, Sanitiser on every station, Staff wear masks aswell as customers. Salon is always clean, fresh and inviting. A treat to myself to spend a morning in good company with a chat, Tea made just how I like it, a magazine to read and Aveda products that are not only good for your hair but also smell amazing. A brilliant Colour and Cut, I leave there feeling great, what's not to like ? I couldn't praise them enough.
Lovely, relaxing colour and cut, as always. My treat to go and take some time for myself. Aveda products that are really good for your hair and smell great. Salon is always clean and tidy, temperature taken on entry at the door. Staff wear masks aswell as customers. Good chat, Tea just how I like it, magazine to read and come out looking amazing. What more could you want. I cannot praise them enough.

This was my first visit to Aveda in Tenterden. Staff all charming; salon clean, neat.

I came to William Charles in a panic because my normal hairdresser had let me down three days before my wedding for full foils and cut. I was extremely nervous about letting someone new do my hair so close to the big day having spent over a year getting to know my existing stylist and making sure she knew what colour I liked.
Joe was excellent and reassured me in choosing the closes colour matches possible to those previously used from a different range. I’m really happy with the result.
Highly recommend. I’ll be back.
