A lovely clean,smart salon,with genuine character that fits right in with tenterden town,but modern too.
I had a freindly welcome and a very nice coffee,a relaxing head and neck massage with a hair wash that did not wash my whole face too!
Sammy cut my hair very well and even offered a make up retouch which was a nice little extra.

Excellent! A great haircut and lovely girl. One slight thing- I should really avoid too much talking as I need to max out on resting and mindfulness as I am so ridiculously busy. Don’t like to be rude and say that I don’t really want to chat as I am quite a chatty person. It would suit me to have the option.

I’d rather go to the dentist than have my hair cut ! That’s what I used to say but Rona has changed all that . I’ve found someone who just gets me and I am now a regular . Excellent in every way , I cannot fault this salon and I love the results . Thank you Rona , and thank you for taking the time with my daughter giving her advice and then managing to fit her in for a cut too x

Not so much a hair cut as an all round experience of life! Fun, fabulous, and fulfilling. I always look forward to my visits and always exit the premises looking more human than when I went in.

As I left someone said “I think this is the best you’ve cut her hair”. It was amazing. Absolutely fabulous. But the question for me is, will it look great when I do it myself? Yes it does! 2 weeks later, it still looks amazing. And yes, it looks great when I blow dry myself and even when I wash and go. Great cut Rona, big thanks x

Joe gave advise on my hair, as losing through medication I am on. Also gave me a moral boost. Said to ring any time if I needed more advise.

We arrived, in Tenterden, and we nearly walked past this hairdressers, had it not being for my husband saying ‘we’ve just walked past one’, we wouldn’t have known about it and we would have gone our way, to look for another.

Upon entering the establishment, the atmosphere and cleanliness was absolutely on point. We were greeted by Russell, who told us that they had an appointment in 30 minutes time....excellent. After he booked me in, he said ‘thank you and if you want to come back any earlier, you are more than and I shall provide you with a drink’....even better. After a 15-20 minute walk around Tenterden, we went back to the salon.

As soon as we entered, Russell, again, greeted us and offered us a drink. Me and husband opted for Latte and a Cappuccino. The Latte was the best one I have had in a long time.

After my drink, I was greeted by Nicole, my stylist. The new girl (sorry I have forgotten your name), gave my hair a wash and whilst doing this she also gave me a head and neck massage....heavenly.

Nicole then asked me what style I would like, I told her and she was more than happy to do what I had asked (which isn’t like most I’ve been too....who tell YOU, what suits YOU!!). We chatted for ages and I felt right at home....I feel like we would still be there, chatting away ☺️☺️. The other salons, I’ve been too, feel like it’s a ‘conveyor belt’ system and that they are only in it for the money and not the custom!!

I live in Battle (a good 30 miles away) and you can rest assure, I WILL be using this salon again.

Thank you to ALL of the staff accommodated myself, my husband (whom I feel sorry for, because he waited for me the entire time) and our pooch....they even gave my dog a drink, too.

I HIGHLY recommend William Charles. Well worth the trip....and it’s cheap, too.
