I have a yearly hair cut because I have long hair and years before had bad experiences with hairdressers and how scissor happy they have got (NOT at William Charles) so I’m always nervous. Emily always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed and most of all she listens to how I would like my hair. Some how she was able to take off the split ends and do some long layers but still keep my length like I’m really not missing much hair at all I’m amazed. My daughter has also had her first ever hair cut with her and calls her a ‘hair dresser fairy’. So very happy😊

Emily is a wizard with foils. For someone that used to cry every time they left the hairdressers, she has restored my faith that there are amazing ones out there! Hair always feels super healthy despite being bleached and always so happy with the results. Would recommend tenfold

I left with supplements for reducing hair loss as well as a full system to keep the curls from becoming frizzy. She is a knowledgeable stylist and made me feel very comfortable.
