I have very tight curled hair that is hard to cut. Emily was the most technically experienced person I have had cut my hair. She took a lot of time to explain to me what she recommended and why. She was also teaching some new staff and I felt really relaxed with her, when normally I hate having my hair cut. She did a great cut, not too short, great shape and the curls still hang well straight away, rather than at my old hairdresser where it took 4 weeks for the curls to sit right again. Thanks Emily. I will be re booking.

I have a yearly hair cut because I have long hair and years before had bad experiences with hairdressers and how scissor happy they have got (NOT at William Charles) so I’m always nervous. Emily always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed and most of all she listens to how I would like my hair. Some how she was able to take off the split ends and do some long layers but still keep my length like I’m really not missing much hair at all I’m amazed. My daughter has also had her first ever hair cut with her and calls her a ‘hair dresser fairy’. So very happy😊

Emily is a wizard with foils. For someone that used to cry every time they left the hairdressers, she has restored my faith that there are amazing ones out there! Hair always feels super healthy despite being bleached and always so happy with the results. Would recommend tenfold
