My daughter received a poor experience from another salon in the area that left her feeling very upset and a loss of confidence. We went into Sarah Mayhew Hair & Beauty without any appointment to seek a professional solution and a corrective plan, we experienced a salon owner who understood my daughters plight with great empathy. Sarah and Pippa fitted us in at short notice which gave my daughter her confidence and smile back as she felt very looked after and in good hands througout her appointment. The staff were wonderful and friendly and Sarah has restored my daughters trust. We look forward to returning for the next follow up appointment at the end of June . I would highly recommend this salon for their personal approach and a totally professional experience.
