I love this salon, every one is friendly and very professional. The staff are highly skilled.

I have been there a few times and it has generally been ok. I would note the floors are filthy with old hair and detritus and no one seems particularly bothered. It’s just the lack of professionalism and care that bothers me. There are so few people in the salon but they can’t seem to manage more than one person at a time. Mistakes with my color followed by an expectation that I wait 30 minutes with sopping wet hair for the hairdresser to finish another client after have a nice long chin wag? Do you think he had the interest or professionalism to come over and let me know he was running late or ask if I was ok? Nope! There’s a general sense that no one cares. Expect mediocre service at best. There are better places to spend your money in tonbridge with better and more consistent (and hygienic) results.

Really pleased with my hair, it was looking pretty desperate but I now have a great cut. It was my first time at Toni & Guy and Frankie was great. The salon felt very safe. Will definitely be booking again!

I had Molly and Sarah as I had a cut and colour. Unfortunately the person I had before the last time, Callum had left and the person before him left. I only had him once.
The cut and colour was great, really liked the final result today, completely pleased with that.
There were just a few small things that would have made my experience more quality. There was no one at the front desk for a bit to welcome me when I came in, the girls washing hair didn’t even say hello, or someone will be with you in a minute, I felt very awkward.
When I used the toilet there were no clean hand towels, you’re meant to use them and put them in the bin for washing, this had been like this for a while as there were several used ones sitting there, which means customers were having to use dirty towels which isn’t very hygienic.
When I was asked if I’d like a drink I asked if there was Decaff coffee and soya or oat milk, to which the lady colouring my hair didn’t know the answer to any. Before when Lucy ran the shop she was able to do this for me without hesitation. I know it’s not a coffee shop but if they’re looking at good customer service I go for the ‘full treatment’ from beginning to end.
It’s a shame as these little things just didn’t make the experience as nice as I’m used to and having to have a different person cut my hair again was quite annoying.
Like I said I loved the final result hair colour and cut but the rest of the service was lacking somewhat.
There has also been overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke that comes from the back that goes through the whole salon, you’re using lovely smelling products and then this comes wafting through from the back garden where the staff smoke isn’t very nice, I have asthma and don’t like inhaling secondary smoke.

Thank you to Dean for another fantastic haircut. You did exactly what I asked for and I am thrilled to bits. My husband even noticed I’d had my hair cut, so it must have been good!

Great client rapport, gave advice but also listened to me.

I'm delighted with my cut. Went from long hair to short style. Came away feeling fabulous and 100% happy. Molly has amazing technical skill and did a billiant job. So often in the past at other salons I've been a little disappointed but not today! Definately going back next time.

I liked how Dean went through all the different hair treatments with me offering his advice after.i mentioned.my hair was looking dry. He had great knowlege of products and gave helpful advice on permanent hair color i am interested in getting soon.

Having not had hair cut for nearly a year it was so nice. Dean was great, lovely cut and really enjoyed hair wash and massage.

I need a lift and Dean was great. He listened to what I did or didn’t like and asked questions to get a better idea of my styling routine. He also didn’t push anything too drastic on to me.

Thorough consultation, fabulous colour, cut & blow-dry. Tried Snapshot treatment for the first time - the scalp soothing one. Scalp feels lovely, would recommend.

Hair looks great!

A half head of foils, which then had an auburn toner applied to lift my otherwise uninteresting brown hair... although the latter comes from a potion at Toni and Guy Tonbridge too and is designed to make my foil highlights 'sing'!

After moving into a new area and 5 years with my previous stylist, I was anxious about finding a new salon. Dean took time to listen to me and also suggested his own creative ideas, checking in with me at all times.

Just taken my daughter for a haircut; first time with this stylist and will definitely be returning. In fact I’ve already booked my youngest in for August.

Callum makes me laugh and he’s so down to earth. Great cut again and always listens to what I want.

My son loves coming here. Especially for the head and chair massage! Dean did a great cut and I have a very happy boy xx

Colour was very good, colourist was lovely. However blow dry was poor. Had to finish it myself as taking so long!!
