Brilliant service and colouring as always. The team really look after you. Dean and Callum were also very accommodating, as I had to dash off for the school run and I look forward to my cut next week as I always leave the salon feeling fabulous!

A wonderful head massage followed by a warm towel-wrapped deep conditioning treatment helps to ensure fantastic hair colour for another month.

Mollie always knows just how i want my hair.

I am normally very happy with my treatments but on my last visit I came away feeling rather disappointed. The whole experience felt rushed. I came in for a root colour which was applied as per normal, but the all over colour wash at the end was rubbed in and left for about two minutes before being washed out. In washing my hair it was only washed through once and the £10+ conditioning treatment again was left in for about two minutes before being rinsed off. The result of the colour was very apparent in that the roots were much darker than the rest of my hair.

Callum was friendly approachable band listened to what I wanted. Great haircut and I feel great.

Have been having my hair cut here for a number of years. Always pleased with the end result. My only criticism is that they have not replaced the receptionist meaning staff have to leave clients to attend to the front desk or leave the phone ringing. Not ideal for a top class salon which charges top rates.

I was very pleased with my trip to Toni&Guy Tonbridge today. The service is attentive without being claustrophobic, the stylists listened and advised appropriately and I was very pleased with the results. The lovely coffee, massage chair and head massage also helped to make it a very relaxing experience.

Natalie did my fools and t-section. I’ve gone with red lowlights and absolutely love it. My kids say I have knocked ten years off!!! Thank you Natalie. I just love this salon. Massage chairs, head massage, beautiful coffee and friendly atmosphere.

Going to the hairdressers is a real treat for me. From the moment I walked through the door the staff were attentive and polite and caring.

A lovely morning in a friendly place where good advice is offered but I am listened to. And of course I come out with a new product to try, I’m happy and so is my hair.

You need a receptionist-the absence is causing standards to drop and the experience of your clients impacted

I absolutely love it here at tonbridge from all of the refreshments that are on offer (they have a new coffee machine which is the best I’ve had even including coffee shops and it is complimentary)

such a warm clean and welcoming environment the assistant gave me an amazing head massage and hair wash in the massaging chairs best I’ve had by far.

My hair was completely transformed I will be back and would never go elsewhere not much of a price tag for perfect hair!

Excellent colour and cut by Dean so I’m all ready for my upcoming business trip.
I was very well looked after with delicious coffee and an Easter treat of mini eggs on the side. All good - very happy to recommend

My hair has just received its monthly make-over and looks fabulous!
Natalie refreshed my colour and added some highlights to brighten-up my locks for Spring.
Then Dean gave me a fantastic trim, leaving me with an incredibly tactile blunt cut, which I liken to a 'paint brush effect'!
Dean provided some great hair-care advice too, which I've promised to follow.
Thanks also to Megan who washed my hair and provided a great scalp massage.

I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years & have always been happy with the service - both cut & colour. Today however was not the case. I pay the extra for Toni & Guy for the quality & extra bits. This may sound petty but today no Diet Coke, massage chairs not working, conditioner not properly rinsed from hair and no-one free to cut my fringe, something that can’t be booked. Natalie as always was brilliant with my colour so this doesn’t reflect on her. Was offered to go back next day for fringe cut but am going away. After so many years sad to say that I’m looking for a new salon locally

Molly is a great hairdresser & knows what suits my hair & lifestyle.

The guy who cut my hair did not only an amazing job but also cut it in stages length wise to ensure I was happy with the length
