Q offer a friendly & professional environment for your hair needs and always deliver phenomenal results. Highly skilled technicians and masters of their trade. Jo is extremely proficient in Ballyage and creates outstanding results. Even my mother travelled from France to have Jo do her technical colour. Excellent Kevin Murphy products set off their work. I highly recommend the team at Q , even my husband & son appoint Anthony to do their cuts. Best Salon in West Malling !

Anthony has been cutting my hair now for twenty years on and off. I have been to other hairdressers closer to home but they are not a patch on Anthony, and always end up going back to him. My two daughters have also been to Anthony and agree with me. He is the best!

Abi always does a fantastic cut. It falls back into place without a hairdryer and lots of people comment on this.

After an awful experience at another salon, I was recommended to go to this salon and see Caroline by a friend. Caroline was very understanding and explained every step so well and I have great results and healthy looking hair! So pleased!

I have been attending tony and guys for over 10 years, my first visit to Q was lovely, Jo actually listened to my needs and my hair has had the best cut for years the colour is fabulous, so many compliments from friends says it all, I shall see be a regular customer, and I'll pass on to my friends too

I brought my daughter in for her second haircut: we had the first one here too. Everyone was so patient and kind with us both and the cut was really gentle. I would definitely recommend!

I’ve started having my haircut here about 6 months and can’t rate the place high enough. Great staff with excellent knowledge and cutting skills. One small issue is that the place is so good I’m now paying for my wife and both daughters to go there but hey, they’re worth it.
