Well set up Infection control system in the salon. Louise was friendly and listened to what I wanted. She clearly knows her stuff and gave advice on styling and products. The end result was just perfect, plus I got a relaxing Indian head massage while the conditioner soaked in - WIN! Thank you ?

Love my new hair style , Caroline listened to what i wanted & copied a picture that i brought in , she also told me how i could manage to do it myself.
I was very impressed with the safety aspect .

Not the best result from
the treatment. Having done the treatment for the first time expected the treatment to stay for atleast a month. Hair culs were back on just after a hair wash. Tried to contact the stylist the next day based on the result. No reply.

Makes me believe that there was not much expertise with keratin treatments.

I’ve been going to Antony for a while now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. My hair isn’t the easiest to deal with but he can always make it look absolutely amazing by time I walk out!

I had a wash, cut and blow dry with Caroline yesterday and I am so pleased with my hair. I woke up this morning and it still looks how it did when I left the salon yesterday!
My hair was lacking both shape and body and now it looks amazing! Unlike at other salons where I’ve been and have been in and out in 20 minutes, Caroline really cares about how I’d like my hair to look and she takes time to create a perfect style to suit my face shape.
I will always go to Caroline now

I went to Q for the first time today after getting a recommendation.
I don’t live nearby but it was totally worth making the journey as I am absolutely thrilled with my hair!
The salon is nicely tucked away from the main high street and it was a totally relaxing experience.
