Michelle was very welcoming and fully explained the massage having brought me a tea which was much appreciated. The treatment room was ready, warm and comfy. After the treatment Michelle brought me a glass of water and i did not feel that i was being rushed out. Certainly will book another treatment.

Highly recommend Emma for waxing. Was as painless as these things can be. Lovely friendly service and great job.

I was invited back to strip the Ash toner out of my hair at 12.00 today, which did lift some of the Ash out but left a block of colour looking Pinky orange and dull. So was asked to come back to see senior stylist, ***** who was very nice and apologetic and tried to break up with highlights and darker colour. The result is still doesn't look what I wanted, I just blonde highlights.. still a dull orangey, pink and my skin tone loom grim! So been advised to leave for a week and let the Ash toner wash it's way out and try again. The 2 colourists were lovely today but, I have to say I am at a loss of what to do now..I paid £170 and have a weird shade of hair (deffo not highlights) that looks worse than it did. I've never had a salon disaster before in 25 years of having highlights! I have given up and afternoon and evening and am exhausted really. It was lucky I was off work with flu bug. I just want blonde highlights...so will see how the washing goes this week..

I asked for blonde highlights and got a dark mouse blonde block colour. Was told it was the toner. Charged £170 and told to come back tomorrow for a detox. Hopefully it will be rectified?!

So, so pleased to have Nicci back in the salon. Excellent service as always and always leave feeling 10 times better than when I went in! (Oh, and my eyebrows and nails look fab!).

Two hours of total pampering with full body massage and facial. Would definitely recommend! If I had to make recommendations for improvement, it would be to have an eye mask or eyes covered when you turn over after back massage, for people chatting and laughing outside room to be mindful of treatments taking place and for Reception to have dealt with the rude man blocking the desk showing some woman pictures of his house while I was trying to pay. That actually left me feeling angry when I should have left relaxed. Thank you Emma!

My first visit to Saks Kingshill was amazing. The atmosphere was calming and relaxing I was made to feel welcome. Gina cut my hair she’s the best, showed her a picture and she transformed me. The best my hairs been in a long time, I’m so happy with it. Gina is such a nice person listen and explained all the way through my appointment. My second appointment has been booked with Gina can’t wait. Would highly recommend Gina and Saks. ????

I enjoyed the 2 hour sensory heaven and came away completely relaxed with glowing skin. The 2 hours flew by and I felt completely pampered. The combination of the massage and facial was excellent. Will definitely have this again
