Every time I visit I receive a really good service, I feel pampered and relaxed and always look forward to my visits

Great hairdo

Despite the fact that I don’t like to live a negative reviews I think my one will help someone from doing my mistakes.
As a full time mum I was really looking forward for my treatment and happily was waiting for a month to have my hair done - how little did I know!!!!

The girl who did my hair was really lovely but totally lack of experience so it took her 3 1/2h, and the end I was just rushed out of the salon as it was 45min past closing hour. No senior colourist was helping her out and no one from from the team of hairdresser ask if I’m happy - I rushed home to my baby (as he needs a feed) in the morning I was shocked from what I’ve seen in the mirror and contacted salon straight away - it’s almost like they were expecting my call as they have few slots available for me to come and use (hence at first place I was waiting one month ) the girl did add more tone to my hair and it looked +/- ok (unfortunately washed out after first wash)

So left me with a really bad feeling and it’s cost me 160£

As always, my appointment with Mary was great. Went in fancying a change but unsure of what that could be. Came out with a fab fringe because I trust Mary’s creativity and vision. Bradley who was assisting was really helpful and friendly too. Came out with a spring in my step.

I booked my appointment for a keratin smoothening treatment. I have been doing Brazilian blow dry and Keratin treatment too in other salons and it’s always been very good. People have even complimented. But this time I chose to do it in Saks thinking they’re good too. Sadly my experience wasn’t good at all. My hair looks more dry and damaged now. Looks like I have to spend more for treatments in other places now. As a new customer I was supposed to get 10 per cent off but didn't get that too. Didn't even like the way they treat customers. Overall, I'm totally dissatisfied with my experience and will never visit or recommend anyone to go there.

Amazing massage with Emma. Exactly what I needed & she got rid of lots of knots for me in my neck & shoulders.
Would definitely recommend her & will be back soon. X

Highly recommended this salon. Mary cuts my hair just as I want it. Always a perfect cut. Staff there always friendly and they do some great offers too.

My therapist Michelle suggested adding hot stones to my massage so that she could personalise my massage as I was very stiff and sore.

Had a lovely treatment with Sonica. She explained the procedure and expectations. Also how I could maximise my results
