I have been to top hairdressers in London who charged me a fortune for just as good or in some cases an inferior haircut. The staff at Saks in Kingshill are all very friendly, always a smile to greet you, but more importantly they know what they are doing! Not to mention that they are professionals who compete with the top in their profession. Mary, for example has been nominated to compete as hairdresser of the year! She is one of EIGHT in he whole country to compete... that shows the calibre of excellence at Saks. Moreover, the prices are affordable and realistic unlike many London salons. All in all this is a lovely place to go for any kind of treatment knowing you can relax in safe and competent hands.

I had a lovely experience today had my colour done with Clare (my first time with her) as my colourist Zoe wasn’t available today. Clare made me feel welcoming, confident and relaxed at her hands, great service as aways! ????????

Amazing service and result from Mary, as ever. She squeezed me in as she is so in demand and I find it hard to book far enough in advance to get her. The colour was perfect, the condition of my hair was dramatically improved and it was lovely spending a couple of hours in her company. My husband is very particular about his hair and she always gets it right. Great hairdresser in a great salon!

I had a massage with the lovely sonica today. As I’m extremely busy I get very tense and don’t have these as often as I should. Sonica did an A class massage I felt so relaxed afterwards, she made me so comfortable and all the other staff are so helpful and welcoming. I will definitely be having more of this 5 star treatment!

So today I had a back/neck/shoulder with Amanda. A lovely treat at short notice! I messaged first thing, got a call back shortly after 9 and was booked in for 11! Fab! Amanda listened to what I needed and was quick to respond to my request for increased pressure. She was very knowledgeable and obviously experienced. Thank you!

I arrived at Saks feeling terrible- tired, full of anxiety and worn out from grief and sadness. In Emma's capable hands, I had a totally relaxing and calming Decleor facial including back massage. I left an hour and three quarters later, with my free Decleor skincare pack, feeling uplifted, happy and determined to repeat the experience. Thank you so much!

As usual great service and understanding client’s needs. Nothing is a bother :) . Observation- entrance clattered with too many stands , makes it look messy and no room to manoeuvre, without fear of knocking something off the stand.

Lovely therapist but when I got home I noticed I still have patches of long hair on my back.

I’ve never ever had a bad cut or dye from this hair salon. All the staff are really friendly and do a great job.

I did gel colour for both hands and feet , Amanda was nice and did my finger nails well but a bit disappointed with my toe nails ( I had an old nail vanish on them but she didn’t take it off properly and even after she did the new gel colour on them the old colour is still showing on the edges ) which is not very nice . I should have told her this whilst I’ll at the saloon but didn’t notice it till I can was back home

Visited salon last night. Sophie always happy and very cheerful. I always receive good service from her. She’s great with ideas for styles and colour. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I’m a busy person always rushing around, she certainly knows how to calm me down and have a relaxing experience. Thank you Sophie will miss our chats.

Gina never disappoints and I trust her completely. I was thinking about having a long fringe but before I even said anything, Gina suggested it!!! I am so, so pleased with my new style, no more just putting my long hair up in a bun!

Had the most relaxing time, staff are lovely, knowledgable and always make time for customers. Felt like a princess afterwards. Only niggle the boy chats too much while others having relaxing head massage!

Hair & nails done today by Sammy & Sonica respectively. Couldn't recommend them both more highly. And in a salon with a relaxing yet professional atmosphere.
