Worst experience with Saks this time , I am so disappointed with the hairdresser who did my hair this time , she took an hour and 50 minutes for a blow dry , she was pulling my hair like a rope, I was so unhappy with the out come , I don’t blame the hairdresser herself because she might need more training but I do blame the manager who should know that this hairdresser is not capable to do her job yet ,
I hope this won’t happen to anyone else ,
And unfortunately I lost confidence in Saks

I have been going to the Salon since it opened and each time leave very impressed by the care and attention of the staff. All the staff are so friendly, happy to give advice and show you new ways style or look after your hair. Quality is great my hair is always as requested.

In the last few days I have had quite a few treatments to treat myself. I can not recommend Emma, Sonica and particularly Sophie (Hair) enough. The hair extension are beautiful and I’ve enjoyed the whole experience. Sophie has done my hair for the last 3 years and she has always done an amazing job and is always happy and friendly. Thank you team Saks especially Sophie!

Lovely salon environment- always a nice experience getting your hair cut here. The staff are friendly and polite, the standard of hair dressing is superb, always a great cut and very relaxing hair wash with scalp massage is always appreciated. Happy long term customer.

Sophie is always friendly and helpful and most important does a good job. I moved from my local barbers to saks and not been back to my barbers since.

I’ve used 51 minutes of my 60 minute sunbed course using the maximum number of minutes and have yet to see any results. Therefore I have resorted to going elsewhere. Value for money is poor having compared prices to ***** in Maidstone.
