I was anxious about getting my hair coloured as it was the first time that I was going to have it done, but Zoe made me feel at ease. I love my colour it's amazing!

Today was my first time at Saks and I can honestly say I was so pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived to leaving my appointment at the end, everyone was so friendly and welcoming.
I had Tasha do a cut and finish and colour on my hair and I can’t fault my appointment. She was so friendly and attentive. Tasha took the time to speak with me about the colour and what I wanted to do with the cut. She did everything that I wanted and was very helpful when I was unsure of what to choose. Having not been to the hairdressers for some time due to having a baby, it was well over due and needed doing. Thanks to Tasha and the amazing colour and cut that she gave me, I was able to leave feeling happy and confident with my hair.
Overall I would definitely recommend Saks Kings Hill.

This was our first visit to the salon, whilst my daughter had her hair cut I enjoyed a manicure that they fitted it whilst I waited. Considering Sophia's long heavy hair they cut and finished it beautifully and made her feel special which is wonderfully kind. I received the same super service and will visit again and try more sevices.77

Unlike many other salons, Saks Kings Hill has a welcoming relaxed feel. The staff are polite and friendly, making the experience pleasurable. Gina is a fabulous stylist who listens and understands what you’re wanting achieve and successfully replicates it. She puts you at ease with her engaging vibrant personality, always going the extra mile to ensure you are thoroughly pleased with your cut, colour or style.

Sophie always does a fantastic cut and blow dry. The best hairdresser I've had and so sad to have to leave due to moving. Please pass on my thanks! X

The team at Saks have been incredible this week - worked to find me an appointment that suits me to have my nails done, and they look amazing (had several compliments!), then given me an hour’s escape from life where Mary has transformed my look with a brilliant haircut. Feel like a new woman - thank you ladies!

Softie is great. She cut my daughter's hair today and it is beautiful. My daughter loves it.

Had a manicure and gel polish with Fran. My nails look amazing - Fran did a fantastic job. I always love coming into the salon. The staff are so friendly and professional.

I brought my little girl in for a birthday treat as she'd never been in a salon before. She loved it and was treated like a proper princess - thank you x

My so has his hair washed and cut and we found the service great. From the moment we arrived, we were looked after and the stylist asked my son directly what he wanted so it was good to involve him. She asked questions throughout to make sure he was happy or if he wanted a bit more taken off. He was also asked if he wanted product at the end which of course he did to make his hair spikey. It’s also a positive that they are open late to accommodate for after school and clubs.

I have been looked after by a number of Saks Kings Hill stylists over the years and unusually, I am happy with this, because they all work to the same very high standards!

Today I met Zoe for the first time and she exemplifies the level of service that I have come to expect and which has always been provided to me.

Nikola, who is now the Manager of the salon, was my original stylist and now has a team to be proud of herself!

Always like getting my haircut there. Friendly staff. Always feel well looked after. Good hair stylists. You get a drink if you want it, nice hair wash and head massage. As good as T&G but not as pretentious.

My granddaughters appointment was 20 minutes late. It was difficult with 2 small children waiting. Would have appreciated a text if stylist knew she was running late. Very good haircut though. Providing drawing materials for children may be an idea?

Am transitioning from dark hair to my natural white Imogen has been very supportive and respected my decision to not lighten anymore as I feel the damage to my hair is not worth it. Lovely wash and blow dry today- Am pleased to be back at Saks!!!!

The back massage was ok but I would not book another at the salon. £52 for 30 mins for a treatment that did not feel as though it had made a difference ! Lack of attention to detail with using the sheets / blanket to cover me was very disappointing .it was suggested I came back for s full body massage almost dismissing the treatment. I would have if I have felt I had a good service this time

Charlie has been coming here since he was 1 in that time all the staff have been so lovely as a child coming into a nice salon is a good experience the staff all know charlie they all have a good chat he loves it now he has a head massage after having his hair washed such a great salon the haircut is always great service fabulous staff amazing thank you

Had a half hour massage to alleviate aches and pains after a particularly stressful week and it was absolutely perfect.My daughters had her first massage and loved it. The heated beds were a lovely touch. The only thing is after such a nice experience in the treatment rooms was coming back out into the huddle a bustle of the salon
