I gave become good friends with Emily over the last few years and enjoy catching up with her. Above all she is a very good hairdresser.

As usual Lorraine cast her magic wand, could,nt wait to see her again. But I did leave without doing a colour test, but will pop in before next appointment. Thank you.

I had a toner put on my hair today ,to take out some of the gold my hair throws out and brighten up my highlights lovely ash / platinum blonde and a cut and finish , I’m very pleased with the result ,thank you liv , you did a great job ?

Had a wonderful experience. My colour was spot on done by Liv and finished by a perfect cut and blow done by Helene. All the staff are helpful and polite couldn't wish for more

Thanks a lot to Helene at shine for an amazing color and cut. Every time I see Helene I come out with feeling like a million dollar. Helene will always give you a thorough consultation, will discuss what you want to achieve and will tell you if this is realistic or not or what you can expect. Then she works her magic from the colour application to cut, her work is absolutely flawless and sharp. I am always made to feel warmly welcomed and have the same consistent level of service from my first visit to now (been a client for a couple of years now). Well done Shine, keep doing what you are doing.

From the day I walked into Shine I felt welcome and had a wonderful experience, being treated as a guest rather than a customer. You really do feel special, lots of little touches and the team are without exception so friendly and nice. Charlie has done my hair twice now and she has nailed it each time, I love the colour she’s given me and the cut is perfect. Thank you Charlie!

I should add that during covid in particular the team have done a fantastic job with all precautions and they should be incredibly proud.

I always see cat, she is a colour queen, always listens to what you want to achieve and spends time on making it right and suggesting things that might work.
I have been to many colourists and she is a-mazing!
The other girls in the salon are always really friendly and make you feel welcome.
Never had a problem there and would recommend to anyone. Prices are average - high but you get what you pay for!

I had my hair done, love it, fussy 11 year old daughter had hair done, loved it. I’d say that’s a win. Always super customer service, combined with skilled staff.

It was my first visit to the salon as a client (but my daughter and mum are regulars). Really pleased with my cut. Looks so much better. It’s the first time I’d had my hair done since lockdown so I was a bit nervous, but it was a very relaxing experience. Very friendly service. I’ve already booked to go back for a colour!

Grace was a brilliant at the consultant and helped me decide what I needed done to my hair previous to the appointment. At the appointment she was welcoming, conscientious and informative, she really took notice of what I needed and wanted, she explained what she was doing throughout and has a very in-depth knowledge of hair and this is reflected In her skill. She is lovely to talk to and very professional, I felt perfectly safe and listened to! We highly recommend! The salon has been done to a high standard to comply with covid rules too.

Have been with Lorraine for many years now and have never been disappointed. Today was no exception. I have gone for quite a new look and change of colour and I am thrilled with the finished result. Colours done by Grace who always understands exactly what I want but also makes helpful suggestions, followed by the usual superb cut and finish by Zoe. Not the cheapest but in my opinion one of the best salons around. Staff are always friendly and welcoming in spite of the current circumstances, ensuring the client is well looked after. Highly recommended.

Just home and thrilled with my haircut. I’m paranoid about having do much cut off my long hair and Charlie always does as I ask. She suggested more layers and shaping and the result is just lovely.
