Great salon staff, there is a great atmosphere and the staff are so welcoming and friendly

What a lovely salon and really enjoyed my experience. Nadine was excellent and really took time to ask questions to understand what I was looking for both in colour and cut. Such a lovely girl and I would highly recommend this salon to my friends and family.

I first had a consultation with Nadine last week to discuss the condition of my hair and what could be done. From the start she made me feel so much confidence in her knowledge and I felt I could trust her completly. I arrived to get my hair done and All the staff were friendly and welcoming.
I had a cut, colour and treatment and was in the salon for around 2 hours. Nadine was amazing and talked me through each step.
After a rough time recently, I finally feel more like myself again and I can’t thank Nadine enough for the amazing work she done

I have recently moved house and was looking for a new stylist closer to home. I came across Kaylyn and was really impressed with photos of her work. I’ve had a couple of appointments now and I’m really happy with the results, my hair is looking great. Katlyn is a fantastic stylist and very knowledgeable as well as being very warm and welcoming. The salon has a nice atmosphere and all the girls are very friendly and welcoming also. Very happy ?

The best customer service I’ve had in a salon for so long. I wasn’t kept waiting and was greeted with a smile. The standard of service was high throughout, from the head massage to the complimentary coffees. Thanks so much to Maria, you have given me the best hair cut in years. You were so genuine and friendly too. I will be back!

Nadine is a wonderful hairstylist, super friendly. She talks you through your hair style suggests the styles that would suit you the best. All the staff in the salon are lovely and very welcoming.

I took my little boy to get his first haircut, he's 10½ months and very nosey. This obviously meant that he wasn't the most compliant client! We were greeted by the lovely Kayleigh who had booked us in at a more calm time in the salon which was perfect. Maria was incredible! She was focused and fast. She worked so confidently, which put my mind at ease. I love his hair cut!

As always it was a pleasure to be here.Usual friendly welcome from Kayleigh at reception,and Nadine worked her magic with her scissors.Nadine has been doing my hair for 3 years and I wish I'd found her sooner.She is such a perfectionist and takes pride in her work.My colour looked great and an immaculate cut and blow-dry. Nice relaxing head massage from Becca too .All the Stylists are friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. Maria the Boss also handed round cupcakes to all the clients.Spotless toilets and work stations.Thanks everyone

Was a bit nervous before coming to my appointment as I was going for a complete change, I almost immediately relaxed as soon as I sat down, the atmosphere in the salon is so relaxed, the staff are beyond friendly and engaging. Kate talked me through everything that was going to be fone at my appointment. The friendly atmosphere made my 3 hour appointment fly by! Thank you to everyone at 1302 (especially Kate ???). Best hair

Went in with idea of having blue black underneath and continue with bright red on top. Hannah loved the idea and did exactly what I wanted. Tidied up my graduated bob. Love my hair cut as always.

Love coming to 1302… fab girls who create such a positive happy environment. Have wanted to try pink for a long time but was a little nervous about finally going for it. Nadine was so patient with me, taking the time to get the shade just right. I absolutely love the results!

Can never fault the Salon and my stylist Katlyn always does my hair exactly how I want it. Staff are all lovely and friendly and chat away to everyone.

My very first haircut by Maria, great consultation regarding my style and then given feedback on what Maria was going to do. The experience was excellent from my hair being washed and head massage to my final cut. Delighted with my new style and feel like a new person. The service from start to finish was first class including chilled water and tea. My wee girl even got a hot chocolate while she waited for me. Highly recommend.

What a transformation. Maria waved her magic wand (and used her wonderful talent) and not only gave me a fabulous new ‘do’ but raised my spirits. Thanks again Maria and all the other cheery girls at 1302.

After securing a last minute appointment with Kate, I visited the salon with the intention of getting my roots done and further balyage to build upon my previous visit. When I walked in, I loved one of the other stylists hair and asked Kate if this was an achievable look for me. She took loads of time to talk through how she would achieve the look and consulted with colleagues on different strategies, a sign of true professionalism. I have incredibly thick hair, which takes an age to colour, but despite this Kate did not rush. She took great care and time getting the look exactly right.

I absolutely love my hair, and attending 1302 has given me the confidence to ask for what I really want my hair to look like, as I trust the girls' knowledge and expertise to advise and create beautiful end results.

The salon itself has a really welcoming atmosphere, and every member of staff is warm and friendly.

Katlyn updated my colour and style to leave my hair looking healthier and thicker. Great friendly salon.

Maria cut and blowdried my hair and I absolutely love it. Maria and all the other girls in the salon are lovely and chatty. Will defo be back and next time I ain't bringing the car and having the complimentary drink on offer. Great salon experience. Would definitely recommend..

Amazing!!! My hair was terrible, been looking for a good colourists for years, the difference is Unbelievable. It looks natural, healthy, and great cut. I’m sooo fussy with hairdressers but have definitely found the best one now!

Very privileged to have the brilliant 1302 for the third bridal party . Can’t thank them enough. As always hair designs were fantastic but most of all they made everyone relaxed it was the perfect start to the day thanks a million everyone had a fantastic experience and a few of the girls have intimated they now would not go anywhere else .
