I had an appointment with Nadine on Friday & love my new hair colour. I got quite a bit chopped off and love my graduated bob. I’ve had so many compliments on it & people asking me who did it.
Nadine is so lovely & patient & really took her time to make sure it was perfect.
Everyone in the salon is so friendly & welcoming.

Christmas haircut, in a safe, welcoming and fun environment. Really appreciate the efforts everyone makes to ensure that not only was my haircut great as always but that the experience is great too.

Was welcomed and treated really well. Shampoo and perfect blow dry. Will definitely return in new year for my colour.

Had an absolutely amazing first experience at 1302 hair design! Everyone was so welcoming and the atmosphere just contributes to an amazing experience. Nadine gave me the best restyle I’ve ever had and I can’t wait to go back for my next cut!

From the minute I sat down with Nadine I felt in safe hands, the service Nadine provided was excellent and spoke me through everything she was going to do. I absolutely love my new colour , during consultation Judy listened to what I had in mind. Initially when the colour was applied it didn't take to my hair as well as expected as it was quite porous. Judy was super understanding and put on a more intense colour, it was exactly what I was looking for. Thanks Judy, your a star : )

I love Kerry. She is brilliant at her craft and very friendly as are all the staff. There is not person that doesn’t say hi or how r u when you are there. Whoever advocates this level of customer service is an asset. It’s such a lovely/stylish/trendy/modern salon without the pretentiousness so you feel like everyone is welcome. Great products and once again I’ve walked out with exactly what I’d went in looking for. Would highly recommend. Thanks again

Just out from my appointment with Katlyn and as usual the care and service at 1302 is outstanding the girls are a lot of fun and make you feel special no matter what your getting done, they are working really hard to fit as many clients in as possible before Xmas working long hours but they still manage to smile and make your visit special. The usual fabulous experience at 1302! Great to be back, same lovely atmosphere and nice to forget about the outside world for a wee while. After a consultation with nadine, we decided on my colour and she got to work! I was well looked after and staff checking I was ok all the time. I was delighted with the results and left very happy and with a boost to my confidence!!

Kerry took time to work out what my hair needed and gave me the best cut I’ve had in years! I’ve booked again for 6 weeks time.

As usual I received top notch treatment at 1302. All the girls are so friendly and welcoming. Judy knows exactly what I want when I come in and creates the colour and style to perfection. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

I was really happy to be fitted in this week, before tier 4 lockdown. It’s always a great atmosphere in the salon, and it’s absolutely spotless, constantly being cleaned and hoovered. Nadine has always done a great job on my thick hair and has real attention to detail. I was fitted in with Kerry, and she also did a really fantastic job. I’m so happy with my hair. I would feel really comfortable seeing any of the stylists. I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for great colour, attention to detail, and really listening to what you want.

Just back from my appointment with Judy today who has as always has offered a first class experience. From walking through the door to walking out you are treated in a warm and friendly manner by all staff members. Judy always answers any queries I have in getting the best out of my hairstyle/colour aftercare. The salon feels very safe and clean as always, I. absolutely recommend 1302 as the best salon in East Kilbride.

Maria and all the other stylists are excellent. As well as recommending styles that will work for you also listen to what you would like. Also a very pleasant atmosphere within the salon.

Yet again absolutely delighted with my colour and cut by Katlyn. I never really know exactly what I want , couple minutes chat with Katlyn and she nails it every time ?. 1302 salon is so friendly and throughout this pandemic always felt safe with temperature taken, alcohol gel widely available and everyone wearing face coverings (clients and staff) Next appointment booked and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending also great few Christmas gift ideas available ? only negative is not being able to go out and show off my hair xx

I’m not a fan of sitting in front of the mirror getting my hair done however, again a visit to 1302 completely changed that, felt safe with all the procedures in place and absolutely love my hair do. Made such a difference to my lockdown disaster, couldn’t recommend paying a visit highly enough. Every member of staff are just so nice.

Had another great visit to the salon today. From the minute you walk in you are made to feel so welcome and relaxed. Everyone says hello, has a little chat and genuinely just make you feel so at ease.
My appointment was with Nadine and she really listens to you and gave great professional advice which resulted in her giving me an amazing colour which I am really happy with. At all points during my visit today she made me feel comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. Her personality shines through and its really nice to have a blether with her whilst she is working her magic!
The whole 1302 experience is truly amazing from start to finish and I look forward to my next appointment.

First haircut in 11 months and I love it. Kerry always cuts my hair the way I want it and I love coming to the salon.

This was my first time at 1302 Hair Design and I was thoroughly impressed! All the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and provided great customer service. Kerry was also extremely helpful when deciding what colours to go for. Price was a bit on the expensive side but you definitely get what you pay for which is worth it. Effective safety measures were in place in line with current events making clients feel safe in this environment. Will definitely be back and highly recommend to everyone. Thank you again!
