I had a fantastic experience from walking in the door to leaving as always. I was booked in with Hannah as a model for colour and cut which was beautifully done all the staff were friendly and welcoming ...thanks again Hannah my hair is beautiful.

My first time and very nervous after 13 years with same hairdresser....lovely experience now have my new hairdresser....shes fab.

The best salon I have been to! The atmosphere is feel good and fun, with attention to detail from the minute you step through the door, to the minute you leave. I love how all the staff chip in and recommend colour and cut advice. I love having Katlyn cut my hair, however I know that I could walk in and have my hair done by anyone in the salon,and it would be fab! There are not many salons like that!

I went into the salon for 1st time today and will definitely be back. I got a lovely greeting at reception and Cerys who washed my hair was friendly and gave me an amazing head massage. Karly gave me the best cut and blow dry I've had for a long time and was made me feel relaxed. Looking forward to my next visit.

Really enjoyed the experience! Feel like my hair has been completely transformed. Staff were all lovely and good at their job.

Great atmosphere salon , they couldnt be amy more friendlier and approachable , Katlyn just seems to know what I need done with my hair as she’s very experienced and I always come out with a great result . They also do up to date treatments like olaplex and offer interesting colours .

This is a lovely friendly salon. I was really impressed at how well the place operates. The owner obviously has a great eye for detail and the service was 2nd to none. Judy my stylist gave me an in-depth consultation and price before getting to work. I am really happy with my cut and colour and will definitely be back.

Used this salon for 4 years. Friendly and professional staff. Good standard of work . Fresh clean salon with the addition of a complementary glass of wine or coffee a nice touch.

Done exactly what I wanted, loved the cut and toner !! Also I think for an apprentice she uses her own initiative and done great with very little help

I love going to 1302 to get my hair done, I always get what I ask for from any of the very talented stylists. The atmosphere is always upbeat and welcoming. I absolutely wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Have been going to 1302 Hair Design for a few years now and it’s the absolute best around by a mile. Kaitlyn is a fantastic stylist . She’s consistently on the ball while providing support to her colleagues when they’re asking for her advice with colouring etc .

Everyone is so friendly and the busy bustling salon is a joy to come to. Lots of laughter and camaraderie. Wouldn’t go anywhere else !

As always, a warm welcome awaited me when I arrived. Nadine asked what I would like done on this visit. She listened, read my notes from before and together we can up with a plan.
I am delighted with the end result. Both colour and cut were done very professionally. The chat, cup of tea and nibbles were good as well.
Yet another enjoyable visit to 1302 where nothing is too much trouble. Looking forward to my next visit.

As always Katlyn did a fantastic cut n colour. All staff without exception, make the whole experience a real pleasure and despite it being a busy day, customer service is first class with all girls so attentive. Once again i had a lovely experience at the salon...love my hair. The friendliness of every member of staff make u feel that ur not only a customer but ur important andtgey care about you...they have been a great support to me and helped me through some upsetting situations...i cant thank them enough...every member of staff is highly trained and i woyld never go anywhere else now.

I used 1302 for a long while in the village, but hadn't been to the new salon, I've been using local hairdressers and had two awful haircuts lately- so right back I went. Managed to get a cancellation with Nadine tonight, arrived with rats tails and left with one of the best cuts I've ever had! Absolutely love it, won't be going anywhere else again!!

I’ve been going to 1302 for over a year now and it’s by far the best salon I’ve ever been in. All the girls are welcoming. You’re spoiled rotten whilst there with the bar, sweets/cake, head massage etc. There’s singing and dancing. It’s like going on a night out and leaving with incredible hair. Love Nadine to bits, she’s a wee firecracker and full of life. She’s an absolute credit to the salon.

Everything is right about the salon from the warm welcome, friendly staff and chocolate.
I came in much needed of Maria’s help and left looking fabulous and ready for my Christmas night out! Thank you.

My hair is great, fab cut and colour

I've been going to 1302 for over a year now, and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and no matter if you've spoke to them all that day, every single one shouts bye when you leave which I love! The music is always fantastic and so is the hot chocolate and banter! Katlyn is an absolute miracle worker, and no matter what I want she always delivers! Thank you so much, I always wall in and leave with a smile! Would recommend to absolutely everyone!

I went for a complete restyled, long hair to graduated Bob. Kerry is a perfectionist which is exactly what you want your stylist to be! I was nervous and didnt go for as short as I should have. Kerry was so patient and took the cut shorter when I was ready. 5* plus service!!! Highly recommend!!

Karla did an amazing job of getting my hair back to lovely ashy blonde that I wanted. The staff are all so friendly and their customer service is excellent.

I visited the salon today for my cut and colour. As usual Katlyn done a fantastic job,she knows exactly what I like and always does an amazing job. I would also like to mention that Hannah who washed my hair and put my toner on done an amazing job also.

The staff are all lovely down to earth ladies. Had a lovely relaxing head massage and a yummy cup of hot chocolate. Nadine listened to my requests and made me look and feel great. Would definitely recommend.

First time trying out a new hair style and I got great advice from my stylist and she delivered a topper of a do.

The salon is always bursting with energy and it's class too see people having a laugh whilst working their arses off. Had a laugh a and they spoiled me from start to finish.

Cut and blow dry today with Katlyn was spot on usual. She listens to what u ask for and doesn’t go off on an Edward Scissorhands tangent like some hairdressers do. Oh and the salon banter’s good too!
