Another fab experience at 1302, great haircut, fab service in an upbeat and excellent salon.

First time ever visiting the salon today and Katlyn listened to exactly what I wanted. I am extremely happy with how my hair has turned out and I will 100% be back. I also felt the atmosphere withing the salon was very relax and all staff were very friendly.

Love coming to 1302. Of all the salons I have been to its by far the friendliest. Everyone is always so professional and great to talk to.

Just had my hair styled for a night out.I asked Nadine to make my fine straight hair bouncy and wavy.As always she went out of her way to please.Hair looks fab,so pleased with the result!Always a nice cup of coffee and all staff are friendly and welcoming,great salon!

First time booking- reception staff cheerful and welcoming, clearly explained booking process and positive language throughout conversation.
On entry to salon met with same warm reception. Quickly taken to seating area, was made to feel comfortable. Other stylists were welcoming and cheerful at their work. Karly was simply a pleasure - her professionalism was balanced with enough openness about herself and her conversation flowed well. The other stylist included me in conversations through out visit. I felt that the quality and care and attention to my hair cut was very good. I can honestly say what a pleasure it was to be in the presence of a really creative and cohesive team. I heard team members being caring towards each other. The ambiance that has been created by working in this manner is so positive that anyone wishing to witness true team work should visit just to experience the magic happening around them ..... and get a hair cut at the same time. Well done everyone, keep it up, 45 minutes of something very special at the end of my working day. I am going to tell all my friends and family. My daughter who visited your salon sold her experience to me. Thank you

My first time at this salon as new to the area. My hair was in desperate need of a spruce up so had foils and blow dry. Karly was lovely and did a great job. Hair wash and head massage was very relaxing.
Very clean and comfortable salon.

A very friendly and efficient salon with hairdressers who obviously care about their clients. They also look after their younger trainees and continually ensure they get help and training. A very pleasant, modern salon with a lovely atmosphere.

Hair In desparate need of a good blow dry for an unexpected night out. Nadine did a first class job, consulted with me prior to having my hair washed to see how I liked it dried etc. She is a lovely friendly stylist. Booked in to get my hair coloured and cut, because of years of messing around with it no one knew what colour it would turn out when bleached, I wanted to go hot pink and we managed to get it exactly how I wanted, my hair is so soft and glossy and bright and I love it so much! will definitely be going back if i need a top up!

After a recent hair disaster at another salon, I came across 1302 who reassured me they could help!

The receptionist was friendly and helpful and I was paired with stylist Nadine who was professional, passionate, friendly and talented.

From a thorough consultation with Nadine and a second opinion from Senior stylist, my colour and cut was corrected and styled.

Throughout the process, everyone was helpful, friendly and attentive.
The salon is modern and comfortable and nothing is too much trouble! Lovely latte and were brilliant with my children.

I loved the results and will definitely be returning, I would recommend this salon to anyone considering it!

Well where do I start? Great welcome fabulous surroundings and the friendliest staff ever. Spoiled from the minute you walk in the door.
