My first appointment with Charissè and she most definitely lives up to her reputation, my results are amazing. She’s totally bossed a post COVID colour correction in one sitting. The salon is gorgeous and environment is friendly, fun and welcoming. My next appointment is already booked!

Charisse is a fabulous colourist and stylist - always love my hair - great experience in a trendy salon - usually warm hospitality ( coffee etc.) too but strict Covid measures in place currently (salon always immaculate but felt especially safe/comfortable today - extremely clean and well organised) so I look forward to that returning in the future !! Always a friendly welcome from a talented gorgeous lady ?❤️

I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. Having been literally burned by other hairdressers, this will always be my go to hairdresser. It’s the only place I know with cute dogs on demand, constant bants and hoping/ star jumping staff!

I attended the salon yesterday to have my hair done for the first time in almost 5 months, and I’m delighted with the results. I was taken on time and all the girls in the salon were lovely. I’d definitely recommend ceces.

I turned up and the stylist I booked wasn’t there & they never told me until the girl came over to do my hair after I sat there for over an hour after my appointment was supposed to start which I was not bothered about as understandably yous were busy & 1 down but a bit of notice before I came that Katelyn wasn’t there would’ve been great.

After having my roots done the underneath is bright yellow I’m literally embarrassed to walk about outside. My hair is platinum blonde with white roots and a yellow band just below the root it looks terrible.

Have sent multiple messages since Sunday & have been ignored & am now going to have to go else where & pay more money to have it fixed when I paid £100 to have my hair done with you.

Didn’t want to leave a bad review as I assumed you would’ve taken the opportunity to fix it but obviously not.

I had a brilliant first experience at CeCe's. Katelyne listened to me and offered advice on what she felt would be the best option. I was in for 4hrs and never felt uncomfortable throughout the whole time there. I love my hair got a better result than i could have imagined. All the girls were so helpful and nice. Plus i got to meet the cutest and most well behaved doggy - ever!
