Fabulous first time experience instantly felt welcomed. I was there to have my nails done and didn't hesitate to book a return appointment.

I phoned last minute to get my roots seen to and was squeezed in with Ellie rose. First time in the salon and it was a really nice experience. The girls were all lovely. Ellie Rose made my hair look amazing and freshened up my colour. I’ll definitely be back!!

Charisse transformed my horrible dark roots and over processed yellow blonde drab hair to a fabulous ashy blonde gorgeous do in one sitting! My hair was seriously awful and I am now so happy with it. Fab salon, fab staff and fab hair! Love love love. My first time and will be a loyal customer going forward! Thank you so much!

I arrived at the salon and was greeted well and was told ‘You’re with me. I’ll be with you in 10 minutes.’ I was happy to wait as was slightly early for my appointment. Another client arrived during this time and I heard her saying that she had booked her appointment for 10am but there must have been some mix up with the system as she got an email saying that her booking had been changed to 11am. The next thing I knew, this girl was taken before me by Georgia who was supposed to be doing my hair!! Nothing was explained or communicated to me so I had to ask what was happening and was told bluntly, ‘yeah, you’re next.’ No explanation as to why she wasn’t doing my hair anymore or why this girl had preferential treatment!! I sat annoyed my whole appointment and waited on some kind of explanation or apology which I did not receive. 3 girls ended up doing my hair with no explanation as to why. When paying for my service, I received a half hearted apology to say ‘sorry for your wait.’ Nothing was said about me being taken after this girl although my booking was made for 10am and I had an email to state that my appointment was confirmed for this time. I feel she only apologised because I didn’t leave a tip and she knew I was annoyed at this point. C’mon, why would I leave a tip after being made to feel this way?! I treat myself to a bouncy blow dry once a month and was looking forward to trying CeCe’s after hearing good things and seeing their Instagram posts. Sadly, I left the salon feeling annoyed after the really poor customer service I received. My hair was styled well but I will not be back due to the way I was made to feel!!

First time at the salon for a blow dry & pin curls. Georgia was fab & advised on what was best for my type of hair. Curls lasted all night, can’t wait to come back.

Girls were so friendly and talkative, lovely salon and a great glam blow dry.
Found £30 a little steep

Balayage & cut by Charisse, assisted by Elle-Rose.
Both very professional, exactly what I was hoping for and more.
Highly recommend.

Amazing brows as always by Nat! She even managed to navigate around my two year old son! Would not trust anyone else with my brows! Always a great shape , colour and experience!

Charisse not only saved my hair from a disastrous experience at another salon, she made me feel at ease the entire time! The colour was better than I could have ever expected, she managed to hide my stump left by the other salon and her chat was on point! Queen of blond for sure!

I hate to have to be writing this because I was so looking forward to trying you guys out. Sadly it was the worst blow dry I've ever had, I sat for an hour and 15 minutes for a simple blow dry and curls (I have shoulder length hair and it's in no way thick). I fully understand and appreciate that juniors need to learn but I wish someone had communicated to me that it would be a junior doing my hair, I was going to an engagement party straight after and had to come home and do my hair again myself after paying you guys £30 so all in all was in no way a good or positive experience. I had actually booked in again before my blow dry for later this month but will be cancelling.

Can’t recommend Katelyn enough her finishing attention to detail is brilliant and always feel great when she’s finished.

Lovely warm,welcoming atmosphere. Everyone says “hello”,and knows you by name. Always offered tea/coffee etc(always accompanied with lovely biscuits). The quality of the hairdressing is second to none,everyone knows their job,but will consult with one another

Was the best service I have received in a hair dressers. I was extremely happy with the end product, I was made to feel welcomed during my time there, the experience was great, the staff were lovely and full of conversation and were more than happy to help. They listened to my wants and needs and delivered an excellent end result. The atmosphere was great and if you want the best then this is the place to go.

First time at the salon, really happy with the cut and blow dry by Katelyne - made me feel relaxed and confident that she was listening to what I wanted the whole time.

Had such bad experiences with salons I’d lost hope in my blonde journey... until now! Charisse managed to turn my half brown/ginger stained head to an all over cool toned silver. I was beyond shocked! The staff are all so lovely and you feel very at home with the girls kinda vibe in CeCe’s.
I will be back ladies! No other salon compares xxx

Booked completely wrong service through the app for 1/4 of the time probably and Clara was so helpful in explaining why it wasn’t possible and it would need to be colour correction. Hair is better than I could of hoped for she and managed to slot me in without making me feel that it was an inconvenience to her due to my error! Next appointment booked in and highly recommend. You definitely get what you pay for!

First time Ive left a hairdressers with better than what I asked for. Kay who done my colour was so attentive during the colouring then toning to make sure it came out well, at no point did I feel like I was being squeezed in an appointment slot or did she have to rush between two clients. So impressed and the price was less than I have previously paid with far better results.

I love this place, beautiful decor friendly staff and tea, coffee and Prosecco if required. I have lashes and nails done here and will be having my hair done here too in future.

Also I asked for advice regarding extensions and the girl was happy to take time and give me advice which was excellent

Got my hair done for the first time from Clara today and she done exactly want I wanted, it came out even better than expected she was really kind and friendly. All the other girls in the shop were also the same. Can’t wait for my next appointment.

Charisse and the team and lovely, the salon is comfortable and inviting and the quality of the hairdressing is the best I’ve had!

I came in to Clara with a very strong orange band in my hair. Clara asked what my end goal was and spent a lot of time ensuring her formula was accurate to get rid of the orange whilst still keeping my hair light and blended!

Saw Denise for nails on both hands and toes. I only have 9 toe nails and Denise made up an acrylic nail so I now have 10 toe nails for the first time in years. Love this place everything under one roof!

Went to the salon today for the 1st time to have my hair coloured, I absolutely love the result, the girls were all lovely and the salon is stunning. I will definitely be returning xx
