Love my colour Jenna is fab !!! FIrst class service thanks

Delighted with my cut. Jenna was lovely, as were all the staff. They are all friendly and the atmosphere is quiet and fairly quiet, so nice and relaxing. No loud music blaring anywhere. The hair wash & head massage was lovely and the relaxing music is perfect. Would suggest the outside sign is changed asap to current phone number as that was a nuisance at first and some customers may give up. We didn't and went in, only to find the staff member didn't know the phone number! That didn't come across as professional so had I had a choice of someplace else to go I would have. However, I'm now glad I didn't because it's a lovely salon with lovely, welcoming, talented staff. I will be using them again and again. Oh, and their tea & shortbread is AMAZING!!! Would highly recommend: but PLEASE address the issue of the signage outside; it belies the professionalism that exists within.

Had a lovely experience when in for the first time this week. All the staff were really friendly and I love the result with my hair! Got colour done for the first time and already booked in for another appointment in 8 weeks!

Took a photo of what I wanted, was told it could be done (dark grey, FADING to light grey/silver/white). After 4/5 appointments, was left with extremely damaged, dry, frizzy fluorescent yellow hair. GUTTED. Had to go to another hair dresser to try to fix, but my hair completely damaged, had to get inches cut off to try make it better. Was not a good experience at this salon.

Fantastic service, love my hair!!

On arrival at Mokha I spoke about the concerns I had with the original colour I had chosen and had changed my mind. I spoke with Alison and we found a colour that I was more happy with.
The staff were very friendly and attentive to me throughout my visit.
I am am delighted with both the cut and colour I got.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the salon to anyone as the service I received was terrific.

Visited today for the first time as the salon was highly recommended by a family member. I wasn't disappointed, I found the girls & Aaron all very friendly & helpful. Had a discussion with Sarah about hair colour and left feeling much better anout myself.

I would definitely recommend this salon, it's well worth a visit.

Have been using Mokha for a while now and have had a couple of different stylists. All the staff are great, professional and importantly, really care about what they do. Always made to feel welcome and never had a less than perfect cut and colour!

I had a great experience at Mokha getting my haircut. Very relaxing when getting my hair washed. Very attentive staff and always checking you are okay. I had my haircut by Alison. She did a great professional job.
I would really recommend Mokha to everyone. I even take my little girl, who is 2 years old, here and they are fabulous with her and keep her at ease while cutting.

The girls in the salon are all lovely. They gave me great tips to give my hair volume. Would definitely recommend.

Had a relaxing afternoon in Mokha getting my hair cut&coloured by Alison really pleased with it, lovely staff and they all work hard together helping each other out. Very professional salon always recommend them.

I have been going to Mokha for many years . As always I was greeted with a warm welcome. Salon was busy and staff worked well together to ensure on one was left unattended. I had my highlights and roots done today and given advice on how to curl my hair by myself. I would not consider going anywhere else.

Lovely salon inside, lovely friendly atmosphere, staff are all so approachable. Nothing is any trouble. Please do visit, the salon was recently recommended to me. So happy I decided to try it out. Would definitely use again! Great service, great products and I witnessed some beautiful hairstyles being created. A definite 10 out 10 for me. Well done Alison for creating a happy, friendly, hard working environment.

Can't rate Mokha high enough, what a team they are, when I visit I always leave feeling and looking a million times better than when I went in and it feels like you have been amongst friends, all so friendly and can't do enough for you. I have been going to Mokha for over 6 years and can honestly say I have loved my hair every single time!

Didn't leave with what I was hoping too. Will give it a few days to see how I feel. Was hoping for something different and the picture I had picked was not what I got.

Always a pleasant environment on arriving, during & after my visit to Mokha. Staff are all very friendly & like a happy family, was especially buzzing as staff going to a night out together. Ruth who attended to me & her 1st baby is pending in 5 weeks was as lovely as ever alongside the only boy in Salon, Aaron who is the 'perfect' chatterbox assistant & who always is bright & breezy & enthusiastic in his job role ???? . Overall always s lovely experience on all my 6 weekly appointments with advice at all times required ????

Fab salon.great stylists, best advice on colour and aftercare.However , best part is you feel like you are among friends Everyone chats together and has a laugh and a joke and a blether with a coffee.

I visited the salon after being recommended to go and visit Jenna, after many failed attempts at other salons on getting my hair coloured the way I wanted, I spoke with Jenna and she knew exactly the colour I was looking for.
The salon has a nice welcoming atmosphere and all the girls are so friendly, and welcoming. I would not hesitate to recommend the salon and all the stylists .

Just had my hair done at Mokha. Left it up to Alison for colour and style. Could not have turned out better!! Love the colour and the cut. All the staff are friendly and it's always a great atmosphere. Can't recommend them highly enough A++
