Ruth was so attentive when I tried to explain the colour I was looking for & she got it spot on.
Have only left the salon 30 mins & already have had 4 comments on how lovely my hair is????

Had my hair cut and highlighted. Have to say this is first class salon.
Staff were professional and really friendly. Prices are also reasonable.

Always a warm welcome, all staff are polite and well trained. Have always had positive comments on my hair cut. Alison always has good ideas to freshen up my hair.

I visited Mockha on the recommendation from an existing customer. I can honestly say that from the moment I stepped through the door I was made to feel very welcome. I was keen to go for a much shorter style and different colour. Alison took the time to discuss all the options and I left with a brand new style that I am very pleased with. I look forward to my next visit. From what I experienced they deserve to win the Customer Care Award they are nominated for.

Went today to have my hair done by Jenna who recently joined the team at Mokha. Had a lovely experience, all the staff very friendly and welcoming, was able to have a wider choice of colours available to me and now have a gorgeous new look, love it and looking forward to my next appointment.

The Mokha team are all lovely, every visit is welcomed with a smile and the atmosphere is great. It is definitely by far the best salon I have been too.

I had a lovely morning in Mokha having my colour and cut done. Everyone is always so friendly and I'm delighted with my hair!

1st time at Mokha, and will definitely be back, having seen and heard from others how good this salon is, I decided to give them a go. I had a full restyle going from long to very short and an all over colour, the friendly atmosphere puts you at ease, as it's quite daunting trying a new hairdressers, thank you Laura for a great cut and colour and to Kayleigh for my wash and treatment.x

I've been going to Mokha for a long time now after being recommended by my husband who visits Mokha Gents years ago and have never looked back. Everyone who works there is fab, it's such a welcoming environment and everybody remembers you from the time before which is really something considering how many people they must see every week. Not to mention how amazing my hair is every time I leave. I've never left without achieving exactly what I wanted done, they have fab knowledge and offer really good advice for treatments that are apporiate and after care too. I couldn't recommend them enough. Fab hairdressers, fab staff and always fab hair :)

Thank you all so much for today. Most importantly, my hair looks fab...colour perfect and blow dry made me look much improved lol!! But on top of the quality of my hair colour/style, I was looked after impeccably. Aaron and Michelle looked after me with coffee and chat...genuine, lovely people, nothing false. Lauren is just delightful keeping on top of a very busy reception and juggling the difficulties of a very high demand from clients whilst looking after the best interests of her boss...as a dedicated employee and friend. Ruth, who is my stylist 50% of the time with the other half being Ali herself, was working her usual magic and continuing to be very much in demand. Laura I saw do an absolutely fantastic job in a gorgeous client. Wow. And Kayleigh...beautiful, clever, honest, friendly, loyal and wow...what a fantastic head massage...you have no idea how simple that should be but how the reality is quite different. You made me feel amazing!! And Ali...a very beautiful, generous, talented woman who made me feel a million dollars...as always. Thank you all for a great afternoon where so laughed a lot and forgot my troubles for a few hours, leaving with a new lease of life ❤❤❤✂️✂️✂️

I have had my hair cut and styled by almost all the girls and they are all great. I have really long thick hair and they never complain and always get exactly the look I'm wanting.

Alison and her staff create such a great atmosphere u feel like part of a family but at the same time they are all extremely professional and luv my hair every time wither it's colour cut or just blow dry . just back from the salon, yet again a really good experience,everyone so genuine ,caring and pleasant.hair looks fabulous and I feel great.would recommend this salon to everybody that I know,late nights available twice a week for people that work full time.nothing is rushed and head massage was brilliant. coffe with shortbread a lovely touch,also took a hot flush while there and water was brought over to me without even having to ask for some.excellent customer service, they really care.

Previously I wasn't a regular with a particular salon but it's safe to say Mokha is the only salon I'll be visiting from now on!
