In the little town of Lanark there are many hairdressing salons, but you will be hard pressed to find a better one than Jan Rooney hair design. It has a friendly welcoming atmosphere and Jan and her stylists are well known for their professionalism. Although I have been a client for many years each visit is as professional as my first. I am always given a consultation, where the colour and condition are discussed before deciding what I would like done on that particular day. So overall I would say, a very modern salon, very organised, with great stylists. A great experience and great coffee too!

As always, Jenni was a true Professional, when she realised I was booked in for a Colour and not just a cut and blow dry. She is amazing. I feel relaxed and not judged coming into your Salon. Keep up the welcome and good work you all do !! Great place to come. Xx

Relaxing experience and delighted with the result with Aimie

Another excellent cut and style. This time fitted in before Christmas to make things easy for me over the holidays. Stuart takes a lot of trouble with his work and somehow manages to make my horrible thin and fine hair look good. It is also easy for me to manage so I no longer feel I need to wear a hat when I’m out in public. He’s a very talented hairdresser while being easy going and friendly.
