This salon is by far the BEST I have attended and trust me I've been through many!!!
Everyone is so lovely and welcoming, there's an atmosphere that's like no other, Shakila is AMAZING!!! No one else will EVER replace her!! Louis is so lovely and some how manages to make me laugh every time!!!
I throughly enjoy going and it just feels like a home from home!!! I can't thank you guys enough, your all incredible, I love my current hairdressers but I am contemplating swapping them for you ??

As soon as I called the salon I knew I’d be in safe hands, Eleanor was so helpful and professional. I hadn’t been to a hairdressers in 3 years so she certainly had her work cut out. I was a first time customer to the CT lounge..tbh i hasn’t had my hair cut for a few years it was unmanageable as I was too poorly to have it done.. I was very impressed with the service I received. I spoke to the hairdresser an explained what I wanted and I was 100% satisfied it was beter than I imagined and it’s so manageable now I will defiantly be back

I’ve attended The Color and Therapy Lounge for a number of years now for literally everything.. hair, brows, facials and nails. I had a lovely facial with Nicole today and she instantly made me feel relaxed. She explained the procedure throughout and even gave me some sample products to take home. My skin is glowing and feels absolutely amazing! I cannot thank all of the ladies enough for how hard they all work and how every single treatment is completed to the highest standard! I went to the salon to cut and dry my hair. The reception and attention to every detail was great. I liked the result and the accuracy in the work. I will always return to this salon to change my hair color . Thank you I loved it

Talented and friendly staff. Appointment was given with flexibility. Hair done really well as results were fabulous as desired. Took a bit longer than expected and price gone up than expected.

The standard at the colour and therapy lounge is exceptional. The stylists are always learning new techniques and the experience of the team with regards to colouring is phenomenal. (Something that can fill me with anxiety, due to previous bad experiences). Whilst in the salon you are treated to tasty drinks and attentive care from the team.... One off my favourite experiences in life,!! Not to mention ultra friendliness and fantastic results. If you want to look great and feel pampered during the process, then why look anywhere else!! I love this place. And NOONE does brows better than Lois!!!

Love the friendly atmosphere on walking into salon. The colour by Gail is always checked to ensure I’m happy with the result. Helena takes time on the precision cut and finish. Drink of choice is readily offered. Overall I cannot fault this salon.

Loved my Pamper this afternoon in the salon lovely to have Lois back and the new nail technician is amazing.

Everyone was really nice, they was running behind a little bit however they was busy as everyone was wanting their hair done up for an event. However they did my hair really nice and I loved after they had finished and even though I wasn't booked in to get my brows they went to check if I could and they said that I could xx

Not enough staff so the attention to my hair was flickered. The staff that did my hair had to keep making themselves available to customers coming into the salon and to customers coming down from the beauty part of the salon. My hair was supposed to be highlighted blonde in a balayage mannor, it ended up being balayaged grey. Even though it looked good when finished it wasn't what i asked for and to say an apprentice started my hair i wouldn't have expected to pay full price. The finished look took 5hours to complete which im almost certain it shouldn't have. Overall i would say good but unsatisfied.

I had a full head of highlights and cut and blow dry. The highlights were very fine and natural looking. My hair looked glossy and had lovely volume after the blow dry. Everyone at the salon was welcoming and the salon is spotless.

Had my hair done today and am honestly obsessed with it. Everyone was so lovely and so attentive in what they were doing. Cannot fault my experience any time I visit the salon. Always feel welcome and leave incredibly happy with the results.

Cut colour and blow dry everty 6 weeks .Gail is a skilled cutter of short hair and the colour I have at present is vibrant and admired by many.Highly recommend .
