Love coming to have my hair done. Staff are always very friendly and at the same time professional. I would recommend Nicole to anyone. Am always pleased with my hair. It was my first visit to the salon but from the moment I walked in I loved it! The salon is beautiful, modern, sparkly and everyone is so friendly. The use a high quality Paul Mitchell’s products and serve you delicious coffee.
I knew I was in good hands because I followed Cally (she has been my hairdresser for past 6 years) who recently joined the team. However this time I asked Cally to die my roots a much lighter colour than usually go for. She did an amazing job, died my hair the colour I wanted. I left the salon happy, but the next morning I felt like the colour doesn’t suit me. I messaged Cally, I was lucky enough that she actually had a space and fitted me in that day. She worked her magic and my hair looks absolutely beautiful. I’m so happy!
But to up this happiness, the owner of the salon told Cally not to charge me. He wanted me to be happy with my colour. How amazing is that?! Thank you so much from a very happy customer with beautifully coloured hair.
