We have been twice, 1st time was a gender scan at 20 weeks and 2nd was the festive offer (4D scan) at 26 weeks. Honestly can not fault this place!! The experience is so professional and so very comforting and relaxing! Tamzin did both of our scans and she was absolutely amazing, making me feel at home and accommodating for my needs. Will 1000% recommend this place to anyone! Will deffo be back when I get pregnant again ? X
Visited on Saturday the 17th December to find out the gender of our baby and the lady performing the scan asked us how we wanted to find out which was so nice as we wanted it to be a surprise for us all until later that day! She was also good in the scan gave us plenty of time to see baby and plenty of time to choose an image. 1000% recommended!

Tamzin was kind and really gentle to our sensitive situation. After multiple miscarriages I was quite anxious and she showed us kindness and sensitivity during our scan, making it really special.
Been for a couple of scans however this 31+weeks was the best one! Managed to see my baby girl so clearly and got lots of pictures of her little squishy face we've previously had an awkward baby who wouldn't let us see her face at other scans.
Such a calm environment, so happy and we got the Black Friday deal which was so worth it x

Highly recommend my baby company, had 4d scan today plenty of pictures to choose from. Baby gender wasn’t reveal as we wanted the ballon, each time we was asked to close eyes to avoid and hints on gender. Little corner with toys for older siblings.

Been here three times now- once with my first pregnancy and twice during my second for a gender reveal and a 4d baby scan. The staff are fantastic and really friendly, they make you feel so at ease. They were both fantastic with my 3 year old who came along to see his baby sister too! The room is lovely and calming and is all round a lovely experience
At first she couldn’t find baby’s gender but after her talking me to have a walk we managed to get it ? got home to pop the cannon and it’s another little boy. Thank you so much ?
Very nice set up, friendly staff. Found the gender straight away and let us listen to his heart beat twice. We had a lengthy amount of time to see our baby. I would definitely recommend.

These guys went above and beyond to try and find the gender of our little one. They were so nice allowing us to come back a few times even though my little monkey was being very stubborn and wouldnt move off the cord. I couldn't recomend this company enough . They are really nice and welcoming. Amazing customer service. Thank you so much.

We have a very tricky little baby who wouldnt reveal gender at the nhs appointment and we struggled here too but the lovely lady was amazing and did all she could to help baby move away from the cord. She was so lovely and understanding and helpful and we are trying again in another week. Brilliant service. I would highly recommend them. Gave us plenty of time and was not rushed. Thank you for being so lovely and understanding today.
Very very poor Nipt experience. Took weeks for the results to come back and then only got a very basic ‘low risk’ result and absolutely no clarity on what that meant. I asked on the ‘number’ chance I.e 1 in 10000 but they didn’t know so despite waiting 2 full weeks for the results I actually don’t even know if it’s any better than the nhs standard (free) scan of low risk being 1 in 140 being deemed as low risk.
Very poor attitude from the staff and management and very unsupportive. Felt like they’d got my money and just didn’t care at all about my results. Really defensive and dismissive attitude.
The scan before the Nipt was ok though and they allowed me to VIDEO the entire thing on my phone for FREE! which was good. The lady doing the san said it’s such a rip off when people charge for a scan video. So if you want a scan here maybe that is fine as you can video it yourself free, but I’d never ever come here for a Nipt again and would go to one of the many other reputable places in the area that give an actual number ratio with the results in much faster time.
I had a lovely experience today. I have had a private scan elsewhere and todays whole experiences was completely different.
The place is a lovely clean tidy place. The scan room was beautiful the way it was lit.
Taxman was very friendly, smiley and chatty and made me feel at ease straightaway. As well as packaging to book me in at very short notice.

I literally came 30mins after booking the appointment, Abbie was professional and friendly, baby was not playing ball, we tried all sorts but baby was upside down rolled up
Chilling! We enjoyed our time watching baby wriggling and moving about and hearing the heartbeat for the first time was amazing!!
We were welcomed as soon as we walked in. The two ladies were friendly, professional and made us feel at ease. They were both lovely throughout our scan and answered any questions we had and explained what was happening to our little girl too and they made her feel apart of the experience too. The scan itself was brilliant we got a lot of images all clear. Thank you so much, definitely recommend.
We went for the little rascal package and added on the gender scan at just over 17 weeks. Baby was being exactly what we booked, a little rascal ahah, asleep, folded in half facing away and crossed legged, so they said for us to get a sugary drink and sweets and go for a walk. Baby still didn’t play ball or wake up but did uncross the legs and thankfully they got the gender. A baby girl and we honestly can’t believe it!! She was too curled up to get good pictures and 4D so they rebooked us for next weekend. Can’t wait to see her again. The loveliest staff and such a nice atmosphere. Thanks so much ?
Super duper impressed with the scan I had today. I went for a scan with Tamzin as a training one and honestly, it was the best scan I’ve ever had. (This is my 2nd baby, I had 1 private one with my first and this is the 2nd private one with my second). The girls were so so lovely, took their time in ensuring they got good images, were sooo patient when she wouldn’t show her face and were so good with my 2 year old.
Such a friendly, cute atmosphere and was very clean, quiet and cosy.

I booked for a NIPTS test, part of the package was a 12 weeks reassurance scan, the whole experience was dreadful, the person doing the blood draw had very little experience and despite 4 attempts was unable get any blood, the clinic basically sent me away to organise a private blood draw myself at additional expense, for which I was not reimbursed. After my private blood draw I had to return to the clinic myself to drop off the test kit and pay, all additional inconvenience that I was trying to avoid by going to this clinic. The private clinic in Bolton where I had the blood draw done, offered the same test at a fraction of the cost! My scan was fine but I was only given 1 poor quality picture to take away. I found the whole experience distressing and staff were unsympathetic and unhelpful.
Had all my scans here with Jess she is friendly and easy to talk to. Have a very stubborn child ha but she got some brilliant pics today! So happy with them. And gutted she’s leaving. Thanks for making all my scans a good experience xx

We have used the service repeatedly now, and each time it is a professional, timely service (let’s face it, who wants to wait to see their baby). Their demeanour and management is kind, and uplifting! Exactly the type of place you want to be at for those special scan moments

We went to the chorley branch today and had the most wonderful experience.
After baby had finally decided to stop being a little monkey, we got the most beautiful pictures of our gorgeous baby's face. The girls are so welcoming and were great with our 2.5 yr old boy.
Our baby was uncooperative during our 4D scan, he wasn’t for showing his face!
The lady tried really hard to get the best pictures she could for us and even invited us back later in the day to try again.
Very reasonably priced and often a deal to be had!

Came in today for the cheeky monkey package. Little madam wouldn't stay still enough for pictures so was unfortunately unable to get any and have been offered to come back on Tuesday for repeat scan. We did manage after few trys to get heart beat. Great service very very friendly. Also to top it off qe are aloud to bring our 2 year old daughter back with us on Tuesday for the repeat scan.

Came into the salon today at 27+5 weeks, ladies was lovely and we had such a good experience! Got to see baby so clear for 15/20 minutes and came out so happy with how the photos turned out, would recommend to anyone!

Each time we visited we struggled to get a picture of our baby’s face and today jess persevered and got us some amazing shots of her face. Jess was very patient & made me feel at ease straight away. Both the staff made our visit very special. Not only did they spend time letting us see our baby boy but they also were great at interacting with interacting with our hyper toddler!
Had a scan & blood tests today at the centre & I cannot recommend enough. The staff where friendly, made me feel so at ease & where extremely professional. The blood test was pain free & over really quickly. Such a great experience.
