I felt very safe at My Baby, with masks provided and social distancing. The ladies there were also very welcoming and warm. It was such an enjoyable experience. I loved it!
I came in today for a 29 week 4d scan. It was a lovely warm welcome into the clinic. After being to other scan clinics and being disappointed with time scales and overall manner, it was lovely to receive an unrushed, friendly service from the scanner and receptionist. We got some amazing images, thank you so much for a lovely experience! We will definitely be back next time☺️

Yesterday we attended our appointment with My baby company Chorley. I can't speak highly enough about the whole experience. The staff are very lovely and helpful, the experience lasted a good amount of time and didn't make you feel rushed, unlike other places.

We came in today to mainly find our our baby's gender but also to hear the heart beat again. Jess was extremely patient with our stubborn baby who would not uncross her legs. We were worried we would not be able to find out today but she allowed us another time slot this morning and luckily the baby allowed her to confirm it was a baby girl. Thank you.

Came in this morning to the Chorley My Baby Company for my 4D scan and I brought my mum along as it’s the first scan she’s been to, considering this is her 13th grandchild- and honestly we are so grateful for how well you treated us both during this time of madness. We felt so comfortable in the waiting room and in the scan room too. You included us with so much, pointing out where things are and showing us my little girl. Attended the Chorley branch for a gender reveal but baby was being stubborn great sonographer and receptionist felt very welcome and looked after even going back next week too try again so hopefully will go our way
I had my 10 week reassurance scan at My Baby Co. and it was honestly the best experience I’ve had! This is my first pregnancy, and whilst the current pandemic is going on, it was amazing to be welcomed into such a lovely environment by the two girls! My partner and I can’t thank them enough for the service they have provided for us today! Hearing our little beans heartbeat for the first time too was the most unreal feeling in the world!!
The lady who did my scan was so patient with us and we didn’t feel rushed at all. You can’t put a price on this amazing experience ❤️
Lovely little place in Chorley. The staff were all super friendly and put you totally at ease. My baby wasn’t the most co-operative whilst having my 4D scan but Jess tried her hardest to try and get him to move so we could get some clear pictures. The shop was very clean and with the current situation with COVID, there were plenty of PPE elements to keep both clients and staff safe. Thanks ladies, would definitely recommend to all expectant parents.

We originally booked a scan at Manchester branch that was unfortunately cancelled. My baby company accommodated us at their Chorley branch the same day - this was important to us as we wanted a scan my partner could attend prior to my NHS scan. Put our minds at ease, even with a jumping baby that made it difficult to hear their heartbeat! Thank you so much for today.

We attended yesterday me and my husband for our 4D scan. We were welcomed by a young girl at reception who was very helpful and smiley. Our scan was exactly on time as our appointment and was the most amazing thing ever. Jess who did the scan was lovely, she managed to get tonnes of pictures and really took her time so we could watch our baby for the whole time in there. Would definitely recommend this place.
Had to go 3 times as I have a very awkward baby. Never met such lovely people in my life. Would definitely recommend people to go there.

I couldn’t recommend My Baby Company enough. I attended my scan yesterday but the baby was being quite awkward and wouldn’t turn around. However, I was offered a re-scan today at no extra cost and got the most gorgeous pictures! I couldn’t thank the staff enough, they were lovely, very professional and made us feel welcome both times.
Jess was utterly amazing. She engaged with us both personally and professionally explaining everything in lay person’s terms and taking extra care not to reveal the sex. She made me feel very comfortable and you could tell she just loved her profession. I would recommend My Baby and Jess in particular to anyone wanting an easy and amazing experience.

Both my mother and I had a lovely experience at My Baby Company Chorley. Staff are extremely polite and did anything to ensure I was comfortable. I’m more than satisfied with the service I received and would definitely return.

Things were a little strange due to corona but I can not fault the scan in any way. Got to see a super wriggly baba and hear its heartbeat and the person scanning me made me feel at ease and it didn’t feel rushed. Honestly it was all the reassurance I could have asked for.
I would definitely recommend my baby company, the girls were lovely and friendly throughout the whole experience. We were welcomed and put at ease as soon as we arrived. It was the first time my partner could see our baby due to the situation but we was offered ppe and hand sanitizer was available.
It was such a lovely experience, with the fairy lights, a giant screen to see the baby and the friendly staff, we will definitely be returning for another scan.

The whole experience was amazing. the ladies working there were lovely. The lady who did our scan was so welcoming and chatty and she went out of her way to get us some brilliant pictures. I phoned up later as i couldn't work my DVD and again the ladies helped me fix this happily and quickly ( it was a fault of mine not the DVD). Would totally recommend. Thank you x
Baby’s back offer: Fantastic friendly service. Made to feel at ease. Although baby wasn’t cooperating they were very patient and gave me tips on getting baby moving, we got there in the end. Came away with a dvd, 2 pictures and a heartbeat bear.

We went for the baby’s back offer in July! The service we received was amazing and we had such a wonderful experience seeing our little one and it was a very special moment! We had such a lovely experience at my baby company in Chorley. As my partner hadn’t been able to attend any of the nhs scans we booked this so he could see the baby too. The appointment lasted 20 minutes and we got to watch our baby for the majority of that time with the sonographer taking pictures throughout. The pictures are a great quality and the video is a lovely memory for us to keep. We also got a teddy bear with baby’s heartbeat inside. The staff were all very kind and helpful and helped make the experience memorable.
We visited the chorley clinic today for a 4D scan. Jess took her time to try and get the best shot of babies face which wasnt easy as I am 30 weeks with an anterior placenta. We managed to get two good shots of her face and jess was very professional and patient. Would definitely recommend this clinic. It was clean and the receptionist was very warm and welcoming.

As soon as we walked in we felt comfortable and welcomed even with the current global pandemic going on. As I fell pregnant during COVID-19, my partner has not been able to visit any scans with me. He’d ask me how they were and I had to make him jealous by mentioning the baby was wriggling around in there, but thanks to Jess he got to see how cheeky the baby has been and is being! Could not thank her enough for that experience, especially since we want to have a gender reveal she was able to put the gender in an envelope to give to my Mum who is organising it. Jess also made conversation and even admitted that our baby was being a monkey (I agree) so we thought it would only be fitting to purchase the monkey heart beat bear. Thank you for this experience, we will definitely be recommending your company to others and I will definitely be using you in the future. Thank you again x

Really good service. Our baby was asleep the whole time but we still got some good pictures of him in there and it was nice just to see him. Service was brilliant, because our baby was asleep we were offered a free return visit to see him again. Unfortunately the second time he was asleep again and wasn’t cooperating but nonetheless we cannot complain as the service was brilliant and we got to see our baby even though he would not move for us. The heartbeat bear is a really nice touch. Great that the baby’s father or a visitor can come along with you given that NHS services currently will not allow for this. My partner would have missed out seeing our baby via a scan if it wasn’t for My Baby Company so thank you!
I attended my baby company for the first time on Monday and my little girl was literally curled up in a ball, all we could see was her feet and hands across her face. I was offered a re-scan which I had today and got the most amazing pictures and DVD! Jess took her time until baby decided she wasn’t going to be stubborn any longer.
