Arrived on time at 2 o’clock and seen to straightaway. Andrea checked the colour I wanted. With that on, time for shampoo.,
The shampoo girl did an excellent job, It was squeaky clean when she finished,
I have very strong and wavy hair and difficult to do sometimes, but Andrea controlled it, and when I came away, I was very pleased with my colour and trim and style

I made a last minute decision to have my hair cut, nipped in to 77 Eccleston and Andrea managed to fit me in an hour later.
She was so friendly and helpful gave me great advice. I have to confess I hadn't had my hair cut for over two years so it needed a bit of TLC. She did a great job, thank you.
