Was a little apprehensive as it's been a while since I last visited a hairdresser. I needn't have worried. The salon was very welcoming and Emma was so friendly and helpful. She listened to what I wanted, gave some great advice and I'm so pleased with my new haircut.

I had an appointment today with lovely Jess. We discussed my colour and my cut in detail before she she started. Jess has cut and coloured my hair a few times and I trust her implicitly. The salon also has a range of Clarins products and Kelly helped me with my questions and the choices I made. Therefore all in all another wonderful visit to Louisajohn

As always an amazing cut colour and blow dry by Lins. My hairs always easy to maintain and keep in style during cuts.

Small amount of time it takes to tint my eyebrows and lashes gives a major impact and makes my eyes pop ha who knew eh. ……..

Louise instinctively knows what suits me and my hair .. she gets it right every time! I don’t need to explain what I want (which I’m hopeless at) she just knows. Great colour too. I’m delighted !

Despite holding a regular appointment for Biab refresh and renew, I am always made to feel welcome and at ease. Sarah is an outstanding beauty therapist. She even gave me advice and products to care for extra dry hands . Great choice of nail colours too.
