2 years ago I lost my 'forever' hairdresser who just 'knew' how I liked my hair and just did it right every time. I really didn't know if I'd find anyone like her again and have faith and confidence in my hairdresser, until I booked with Emma. Maddie met me with a lovely welcoming smile. The facial was so relaxing with products that smelt amazing. I came out feeling like a new woman.
Maddie is still in training but you wouldn’t have known. The treatment flowed and I felt in very capable hands.

Knowing that I was nervous due to not having my hair done for a while due to a major operation and my hair was going grey she helped to advise me on what to have done and I walked out of the salon today feeling so happy about my hair she did an amazing job thank you

Just love appointments at Louisajohn and I'm always happy with my colour and cut. Jess is now my stylist and I trust her implicitly. With each appointment she has taken the time to understand my wishes with regards to how I want my hair to look and, as a bonus, Jess is great to chat with and we have a good laugh, therefore, I enjoy each visit and look forward to my appointments.
