Fantastic service, did exactly what i wanted and im so happy with my new hair. All the ladies were lovely and the overall service was great.

I have been going a few months to Louisa John and have always found the treatment I receive from Jo fabulous, and also the rest of the team who are always friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend.

Sarah made me so relaxed and I had complete confidence in her she is so conscientious about her clients keeping their dignity . She constantly checks that the laser treatment is not painful .

Another wonderful experience from the moment you walk through the door, to the time you leave.
I had not had my hair cut for nearly 3 months due to illness, so Lydia has her work cut out. I was fancying a bit of a change with my colours, lydia listened and advised me on my best options. The final result was fantastic, just what I wanted. Thank you ?

I've been going to Louisa John for over 10 years and travel to do so. I can honestly say I wouldn't go anywhere else and I can be very fussy, where my hair is concerned. I originally chose the salon for the product but after rebrandings I have stayed as I love the treatment and the results. Very lovely team, I've also had treatments over the years and would highly recommend xx

A very relaxing experience. Helen has got to know me and I enjoy chatting with her. She has also got to understand my hair and offers me the appropriate treatment. I enjoy the coffee and enjoy some magazines I would not normally read.

I enjoyed my signature facial very much. Jo was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The facial was very thorough with lovely products. I appreciated the free samples on leaving. My skin looks and feels much improved following the treatment. I will definitely have further facials in the future with Jo.

Helen is very professional and experienced and always gives an excellent service when visiting the salon. She is very friendly and chatty. Highly recommended.

I can't praise this salon enough! The staff are always helpful, polite, the service is second to none, a special thankyou to Joanne for my eyebrows, lips etc, and Jess, for the colour, cut and help with my hair. I really enjoy and appreciate the experience every time I have been to this salon and the prices are reasonable, considering the five star service I have experienced on all of my appointments, thankyou.
